The bathroom was a cramped space. The television did not work and after the technician came out was still giving me issues

clean. helpful staff. However, it was a real surprise to learn they charged a $20/night feel to let your car stay in their parking lot...

I couldn't sleep due to a broken heater and excessive noise in the room. I had to change rooms six times because of the noise, and eventually, I was so exhausted from moving that I ended up sleeping in a room with no working heating. I was frustrated, wondering why I was going through all this when I paid to relax, but I held it in. On the last day, a cleaning staff member opened the door while I was still asleep, which was extremely startling. I will never stay at this hotel again.

This place is disgusting. You smeel weed everywhere. You can hear everything from the hallway and neighboring rooms.

The scent that is pumped into the room is choking my throat!

Room was very clean, staff were super nice. Only thing negative i could say is the additional fee for parking (in their parking lot)

The staff was friendly and the amenities were adequate. They make you pay for daily parking, which was definitely odd, as this was not a busy city area by any means.

Crowded lobby for checking in and had to wait for 40 mins think we should have been informed that we had to pay for parking to stay at this hotel.

Absolutely a dump. AC didn’t work. Tv service didn’t work. Hair everywhere. It was either tolerate that or wait 3 hours for check in.

There was no mention of a $20 daily parking fee after renovation. Also, when checking out 2 of 3 rooms, all rooms were checked out and keys deactivated. Sink water flow was very low

Nothing around, if you don’t have a car. Breakfast was a 2 out of 5, you have to pay extra for an omelette. The rooms were fair, the vending machines were not working. There was a mix up with the final cost of the room it was fixed just a little frustrating that it happened.
