It was awesome

The location was near the places we wanted to visit.

Great for a in the middle of everything spot.

Good but there are better places around for that price

Protesters and road construction on two sides of the building.

The room I got was not the room in the picture when I booked but it was nice but not worth the money I paid. I would stay there again but in a cheaper room.

Fantastic location. The rooms are very clean if a little dated but we didn't spend much time there.

Never told us about additional charges like a destination fee after paying 1200 for the two nights.

Best location ever! Property is dated and can be noisy when there is an event but that is only on the main floor. Beds are great! Views amazing.

Billing was an absolute mess! Several thousands in hold charges showed pending on our credit card for days against a 3-night stay. Hundreds of dollars billed despite prepaid. $25 Resort Fee with a $25 credit at the Cafe required excessive management of food purchases each day so as to not forfeit the fee. Rate included "free parking" but there was no explanation on how to accomplish resulting in 2 of 3 nights charged for valet parking with zero attempt to resolve the issue from Marriott.

The hotel was a whole vibe. Very nice and clean. Convenient to the all the shops and restaurants. I will definitely stay here again.

The air conditioning system is very poor, they had to send us a fan to our room and the temperature never dropped below 71 degrees

To our surprise, this property was not in good shape. We were on floor 14, and a pipe burst. Due to the water, two fans were blowing the entire day and night. You could hear them in your room, and you could hear the elevator the entire night. We love Marriott hotels, but this one needs a good update.

It was meh. Outside is dirty, inside reeks of cigars and tobacco. Rooms are just ok. Would not book again. I will say the gentleman at the club lounge check in was delightful, I’d go say hi to him but that’s it.

Didn’t like the mandatory $25/day service charge that was added. I am platinum member and get breakfast at the concierge level. I didn’t eat or drink there, so effectively I got charged $50 extra for no reason. This should be waived for loyal Bonvoy customers.

Everyone was really nice and valet was very helpful . . . . i would definitely recommend this hotel to my family.

Suite was excellent! Felt honored!

I didn’t like the first room they gave me but due to the convention, they let me in the same room. Until my last night they moved me to a better room so 1/5 nights was ok. Additionally, one day one of the cleaning ladies when to clean the room. She was called for lunch at the middle of the task and never came back to finish the room.
