The pictures in the website were deceiving. The beds were not comfortable. Beach access is a plus, the staff were polite.

Nice oceanfront room.

It was an overall good experience. It was nice to be I front of the beach. Location is great.

This property is on the ocean front. Very convenient to get on beach. There is a shower to clean right on the deck. The pool right near the deck is so convenient to get in after having in the beach.

Old hotel in need of a facelift

Hotel itself is ok! Pet friendly rooms on the bottom level rooms have no real balcony open straight outside, ours was duneside which was easy for walking the dog! Wifi was awful didnt use it at all after initial try. Breakfast was also awful! $11 for what other places call a free continental breakfast so we only did that once too! Beach access is great! Location to shops and restaurants is also great!

The room was not very clean, the shower did not work properly and it was kind of clogged, taking a long time to drain water. But it is very well located in a beautiful beach

Easy location, ample parking, “restaurant” on sight.

The property was clean and well-located, and overall my stay was pleasant. However, I noticed that the restaurant staff seemed very overworked and tired. While they were doing their best, I believe they would benefit from more support to ensure they have time to rest and can provide a more welcoming and cheerful experience for guests. A little extra help could go a long way in enhancing the overall atmosphere. Thank you!

Easy access to the beach.

It was a quick walk to the beach. Restaurant had good food and the staff were friendly. Washer and dryer on site was convenient.

Great location, room was a little out dated. Had do not disturb sign hung on door and came back to find they changed out the towels. Next day removed the sign and they never cleaned room. Other than that our stay was awesome.

Not enough parking

Didn't like shower/bathroom, it was updated, but no vent and cold water for shower.

When we arrived we were greeted at check in by Ally. Welcoming and friendly. When we went to our room I saw that I couldn’t get up on the bed because I am tiny. We went down to ask if there was a step stool. This time another girl said she didn’t know if they had a stool and if they did there would be an additional charge. I thought that was absurd. The girl told us she would let us know if there was a stool and she never did. This was our only negative experience. Room was clean. The hotel had a restaurant that was open 3 pm to 9 pm and the selection was good. Hot breakfast was served every day for a fee and it was pretty good. Great access to the beach and a nice pool inside the hotel. Almost everyone encountered were very friendly. All in all great place to stay.

The area is great adn this hotel is reasonably priced for he area. The towels did have a chemical spell, which wasn't all that pleasent, but still not a bad stay.

Really bummed out with this visit. We’ve stayed multiple times at this property and it has always been fantastic. This stay we were surprised to walk into our room and find dirty towels. The next day the elevator got stuck with my husband inside. We left a day early and weren’t eligible for a refund because the booking was prepaid. Not sure if we will be back.

The property was okay, although a little bit old. The surrounding area is great. We loved that you could walk from the hotel to the beach because it was part of the hotel. The staff is not that engaging, but they will help you if you ask.
