Excellent customer service.... Friendly staff very helpful.

Staff was great. No hot water in the shower and the pre-fill containers in shower were empty. Besides that all went well.

Very nice place

My review is less about the property and more about the staff. India and Princess were so kind to me and went out of their ways to make sure I had a lovely and peaceful visit. India especially made me feel very welcome and peaceful after a 12 hour drive. Thank you, India!

The easiest most comfortable place to stay…. I wouldn’t pick any other place

It was just your average hotel. We were just passing through and staying for the night. The front desk staff were nice and friendly.

HVAC was not working well. Muggy air in the room. Recent paint job created a sticky door issue.

For the most part, this stay was good. There was just one desk attendant who kind of rude about my request for a tea bag. She said I'd have to pay which is fine, but didn't have a price off hand. She also didn't try to get one. Everyone else was awesome, but I hope that desk attendant learns to be kind to people in need.

I like the cleanliness but I didn’t like that they no longer have a pool ;the one appears in the picture no longer exists and I was traveling with my kids and wanted to use the swimming pool and I dislike that I don’t agree you keep showing there is a pool if there is not. That is a scam for me.

Very average is fairly dated

The room was ok but not for the price. Microwave didn’t have all its pieces. The TV wasn’t completely working. Offer streaming service but didn’t work.

We arrived the evening of Monday, January 3rd. The front desk clerk was extremely friendly and nice. She helped us get our room open by offering to accompany us. The hotel was very clean, in the inside and outside, and we would definitely want to stay here again!

My spouse and I would have appreciated the common courtesy of not having the cleaning team knock on our door after 9am when checkout is at 12pm. On Friday, we arrived from out of town to prepare for a birthday celebration. That Saturday, we arrived late back to the hotel. We have never stayed at a hotel that knocks before checkout. Maybe slide a printed sheet underneath the door, but never knock. Also, when we returned from breakfast, we could not access ourcroom anymore.Once again, it wasn't even time for checkout. Just a bit more tactful would be appreciated.

It was nice and clean not sketchy at all felt safe

My room could’ve been a lot cleaner but my issue was with the housekeeper on the morning of checkout. She was knocking on my door trying to get into my room at 9:23 am. When I politely declined, she asked me if I had a late checkout. I told her that checkout was at noon not 9:30 am and suggested she stop trying to get into rooms this early. I do NOT appreciate being woken up by housekeeping. I was traveling on business and planned to sleep in today. This was unacceptable.
