I stayed one night only but everything looked good

Tenía mAl realizar la reserva pagué por una habitación que fuera vista a la piscina, cuando llegué hacer el check in me dijeron que no tenían disponibles pero me dieron un crédito

This was a horrible experience. The room was dirty and dusty. Housekeeping employees couldn’t understand the problem, when pointing to the “stains” on the headboard, they said no no no and wouldn’t clean it. They were constantly out of things like towels and hand towels. The employees stunk of marijuana. The elevators were the employees hid to smoke had a heavy smell of marijuana. Employees were rude. The coffee/ice cream shop employees were so rude and made fun of us in another language that I just so happen to understand. There were exposed pipes and wires by the jacuzzi. Then I was over charged for parking and resort fees. The employees are clueless and could care less

Very enjoyable stay, clean, convenient in location for nearby conference. Would stay there again.

The location was sketchy with an abandoned hotel around the corner with lots of homeless people making it feel unsafe. There was a leak in our hall way and made it feel muggy and moldy.

Todo perfecto, lo único que en la mañana llamamos a la recepción para que nos brindaran una información y la señorita no nos atendió de la mejor manera todo lo contrario del señor que nos recibió la noche anterior , el muy amable ,por lo demás excelente

This was my second time staying with Delta and it doesn’t disappoint. Definitely would recommend to anyone. Budget friendly clean friendly staff. You also get a $25 food voucher each day which is a plus.

We loved the hotel as a whole. The amenities were great. Pool area was fantastic. The pillows provided were insanely uncomfortable. I’ve never seen a pillow go and stay as flat as these. The blankets and pillows seemed older and stained. Again overall a great stay though.

Great location. Older hotel. Pool area wonderful. Plenty of parking. Finding room was difficult due to numerous buildings... Better signage would help to identify buildings. For the price, you can't beat it.

We would definitely stay here again. Nice pool area with 2 pools and 2 hot tubs. Lots of seating. Good and convenient restaurant and bar at the hotel and free shuttle to the Disney Parks.

Staff was super friendly and welcoming, rooms are a bit older but typical rooms. The pool was great, kids loved the water slide. Paid extra for the breakfast and it was definitely worth it. Close to the Disney parks which was nice, it's convenient for fast food and Publix was just up the road. I would stay here again.
