All was great

Positive: Convenient location Breakfast included thru our Expedia reservation Cleanliness Beds and ample pillows Breakfast satisfactory with variety (eggs, bacon, muffins, fruit, cereal, juice, coffee/tea etc) Fitness area and access to filtered water Negative: Check in - staff didn't take time to familiarize us with offerings of the hotel (e.g., fitness room, pool, ice machines); they didn't give us the vouchers we needed for breakfast; we had to inform servers after the fact Bathroom too small for 2 people - almost no counter space for toiletries

Front desk charged me more than actual website I have booked for which is showing their dishonesty towards customer

Ac was sounding bas whole night

Hospitality was not there for a hotel this size

Check in was smooth. Cant remember the name of the front desk agent but she was amazing! Room was clean and smelt fresh. Overall 10/10

It was good

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The TV or the phone did not work but I didn't need either

I used to stay at this hotel a couple of years ago. It was good, but as I returned back, I was shocked at the renovation in the hallway. It was pleasant to see and have added a shampoo, conditioner and shower body wash in the shower/tub area. Enjoyed my stay.

Clean, food at the restaurant was good. There are Tesla superchargers on property. Convenient

Excellent location

stained towels and bed sheets when we got to the room. was very obvious they don't clean well. most uncomfortable bed and pillows i've ever slept on. all they had was old school cable tv as well on a small tv. hot water in the shower doesn't last very long. pretty disappointing experience overall

At front desk the guy gave us somebody room key we checked in wrong someone’s room that’s so embarrassing.

Great for short stay!

The staff was amazing including the staff at the restaurant and bar. The food was amazing so much that we decided to eat there every night. The only complaint I have is the shower was awful did not like at all

Quick and easy check in , room was very clean and the breakfast was great.

Absolutely love everything about this hotel. People are friendly stuff is quick efficient room is always clean and comfortable. Can’t say nothing about this place. I love staying here whenever I’m in town.
