4인 가족 여행으로 오기에는 방이 너무 작음.

호텔주변 시끄럽고 노숙자많고 호텔 구조도 복도에 계단이 있어서 짐 옮기기도 힘들고 가격만 비쌉니다

시내 접근도 너무 좋고 내부도 깔끔해서 아주만족스러운 숙소였어요

가족여행으로 머물기에 너무 좋았어요~^^

The beds in this place are of poor quality, we had two room moves made no difference. Cannot fault location or restaurant on site. Parking is £40 a night.

Brilliant swimming pool, great breakfast choices-so much variety including pancakes, waffles, cucumber, omelettes. Couldn’t think of anything else we needed. Rooms were nice, comfortable and quiet at night. WiFi easy to connect to. TV signal glitched a bit A brilliant hotel for a family (2 adults 2 children 7&9)

No lock on family room bathroom, did not get fixed throughout the stay.

The breakfast selection was very good. Really friendly staff and very accommodating to our dog.

We have been staying in this hotel for the past 5 years. It has a Great location, short walk to Swiss Cottage tube station. Plenty of space for car parking (at £40 a day this is expensive). The family room ( 2 double beds) is a good size. The hotel rooms need updating as they are starting to look worn and old.

Hotell med fin beliggenhet. Bassengområdet trenger en oppgradering.

The stay was nice we were given the accessible room which is spacious and good for the kids, however the tap in the sink kept running hot water which we asked maintenance to fix, they did but the issue still appeared at which point we gave up as the stay was short.

If you need a non feather duvet and pillow you have to have a specific room.

Very nice area. Cute and quiet and not far from a lot of train lines and bus rides to go into the major parts of London. Cute room to rest and reset before going to explore London. Did have a pool and a restaurant onsite but I literally just stayed here to sleep and shower and felt safe and comfortable sleeping here. Especially in another country

Rart og venligt personale. Virkelig god morgenmadsbuffet. God pool. Fint værelse. Alt i alt en virkelig god hoteloplevelse med børn.

Great stay. The family room was ample and fit 4 people perfectly. Staff were attentive and helpful, breakfast was good and had plenty of options and the pool was great for children. Very close to the tube and good value

Hotel muito bom para uma família com 2 crianças, bem localizado e próximo ao metrô, café da manhã excelente, equipe do hotel extremamente gentil e preparada. A piscina é sensacional e a academia também!

Die Unterkunft war sehr gut. Das Personal engagiert. Das Frühstücksbuffett sehr vielfältig und es wurde ständig aufgefüllt!!
