I stayed in a newly renovated room. Very nice. The hotel is very clean, the restaurant has great food and the staff is wonderful throughout. Always stay here when I go to the Sault

This hotel has been recently renovated and is quite possibly the best hotel that we have stayed at for a very long time. Truely a standout property, we enjoyed our 2 night stay at this outstanding hotel. Highly recommend to anyone contemplating staying here.

So when we arrived to check in our room wasn’t ready we had to wait 1 hour and I have two toddlers so it was pretty upsetting. And they didn’t offer any reimbursement or anything for that.

room door would not close on it's own, took too long for hot water to reach the sink and the toilet tank took awhile to fill. I could not flush twice in a row and you waist alot of water waiting for hot water at the sink.

The property is well located on the St Mary’s River with a lovely boardwalk and the lobby and other areas are nice. The rooms are tired and need an update. The breakfast food was underwhelming.

Pretty average hotel nothing to write home about. Parking is available for bigger vehicles like a pickup truck and trailer

For the price, the room was run down. They also have an early shut down on room service. We had no water bottles upon arriving or cream/qtips. There was actually someone else’s q tip on the carpet. The check in and staff were very friendly and helpful. The Starbucks and restaurant looked nice as well.
