전체 평가 및 리뷰 DoubleTree by Hilton London Kensington

초등 자녀들과 함께한 영국 여행 지하철역 바로 앞이라 이동하기 편하고 좋았어요! 자연사 박물관도 도보로 10분 내 거리에 위치해있습니다. 다만 단점이라면 객실에 냉장고가 없어서 좀 불편했는데 겨울이라 창가에 음식을 뒀었어요~ 그 외는 친절도 면에서도 그렇고 모두 만족합니다.

위치가 런던시내 및 관광지 방문하기 좋았습니다. 하지만, 두 가지 부분이 아쉽네요. 1) WiFi 연결이 잘 끊어집니다. 휴대폰에서 재접속을 수시로 해야 됬습니다. 2) 숙소에 냉장고가 없습니다. 시원한 물을 먹기 어렵습니다. 그 외에는 만족스러운 가족 여행이었습니다.

They only have one elevator working.

The staff could not have been nicer and more pleasant, ready to serve. They have two lifts, one that has been perpetually in repair for some time - so this delays things a bit. Also they don't get around to making up the room until after 5, which was strange. Breakfast is adequate and convenient. We purchased the breakfast package ahead, which saved time. Not much on the dining side after breakfast. One room service order during the stay was fumbled. There are great dining options within walking distance, so dine out. Overall, a good value and room.

Great location. The only complain is that the mattresses are too firm. My wife and I couldn't sleep because of the mattresses, it was like sleeping on the floor.

Its a good location, room was a little bit dark, breakfast was average, breakfast room layout was wrong, coffee station in the entryway causes people pile up, elevator renovation at a peak season causes longer waiting times. Generally it does the job for a good sleep..

Solo está en funcionamiento un ascensor lo cual ocasiona demoras, molestias y exceso de personas adentro. Las gradas de emergencia están muy mal señalizadas y es muy difícil que l acceso para evitar utilizar el ascensor y peor en un caso de emergencia

Im allgemeinen war gut. Die Lage ist sehr gut, zentralgelegt und viele Londonhotspots sind ganz in der nähe.

Overall a very pleasant few days relaxation. We have stayed in several doubletree hotels and have never been disappointed yet.

Great place and the best location

We love London, and my wife's favorite location in the city is Kensington. We were here for a short stopover stay to see Oliver on the West End before traveling to visit friends in the Netherlands. This hotel was perfect for us! First, the location was great for walking the streets and mews of Kensington and taking in Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park, and being located right across the street from Gloucester Road station made it even better to get anywhere in London. Second, the king deluxe room was amazing. It was large, updated, and the bed was huge and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly. We did not use the bar or onsite restaurant options because we wanted to get out and explore the city, but they all looked quite lovely. We will be back to London definitely and would stay here again for sure. Highly recommended!

Overall, the hotel was great. Location is ideal as the tube station is just across the street. Hotel is clean. Amenities are nice. My only complaint was front desk staff was pretty rude at check-in.

Nice location, good access to public transportation and quite helpful team to make your stay perfect.

Very nice hotel to stay in especially if you have children since the rooms have two floors.

The lights went out, they didnt offer us nonone bottle of water. The propertie and location was incredible

Sentral lokasjon med lett tilgang til både tuben og toget. Hotellet selv er litt slitt og utdatert. Frokosten er helt basic, men ganske lite utvalg.
