Lo único que hubo de inconveniente fue que la Srta. en recepción nos comentó que incluía desayunos hasta las 12 pm (medio día y cuando quisimos hacerlo válido nos mencionó otro caballero que no,que hasta las 10 y con costo.

The Hotel was really good its just the breakfast and dinner was $25 each person. Online it said it was included. The room was nice after they fixed the ac. Also there is allot of traffic going up and down the elevators . OVERALL GOOD HOTEL FOR THE MONEY. They just gappend to be remodeling when i visted. The staff was great, english and spanish speaking.

Excellent choice I recommend for tourists guys need to visit Monterrey book with Expedia app and save $$$ very affordable and easy and the motel Crown Plaza was a must place to stay

Staff was nice and helpful. The water issues seem to be ongoing with construction in the lobby. Hot water and pressure was hit or miss.

Estuvimos muy a gusto en las instalaciones.
