시카고 방문시 이옹하는 호텔. 편리한위치와 뒷건물 주차가 용이해서 자주이용. 이번에는 배정 받을시 직원의 설명없이 데스크앞에서 카드키 기다리며 10여분 지체.기분이 별로였다.게다가 그렇게 지체후 올라간 방은 냉방이 고장이라 1시간이 넘게 있다가 두어번의 로비 방문후 교체가 이루어져서 교환키 가져온 직원에게 감사표시 조차 하고 싶지않았음.다음붙ㆍ는 다른 호텔 이용예정

The staff was kind and professional. The bedding and cleaning were good. Perhaps because the facility was old, the water pressure in the shower didn't meet expectations a little. The bathroom could feel the traces of time in front of me. Other than that, I had a comfortable day.

아주 만족 깨끗하고 넓음

코로나 19인 상황이지만 호텔은 조용하고 깨끗했습니다. 푸론트 대스크 안내도 친절했구요. 단하나 흠이라면 객실안에 펜 돌아가는 소리가 컸습니다. 그래도 피곤한 하루였기에 잠은 잘 잤답니다.

그냥 숙박시설이요 몰이 가까운거 빼고는 그냥 그래요 오래된 호텔이라서 깨끗하진 못했던것 같아요 백화점이 가까워서 식사해결은 좋았지만 그외에는 실망요

There was a carnival across the street but it didn't bother me as the room was quiet and safe.

I do not recommend staying here at all. They do conferences every day, so if you are in a room next to the conference hall, will hear loud noise early morning or late at night. The AC doesn’t work well at all, had at the coldest setting but wouldn’t cool off until late at night/early morning. And this is when it was around 85 degrees, so can’t imagine hotter than that. Weekend of my sisters wedding was ruined because I barely slept. It is in a convenient area near a lot of restaurants, shops etc, and the staff was nice and good. But didn’t offset how loud and hot it is. Avoid at all costs

The staff was incredibly helpful. Outdoor space is wonderful atmosphere for afternoon reading.

Older hotel that needs upgrades. Carpet looked dirty and our tub was super stained and old. Toilet paper was an old roll barely half full. And breakfast was not included as I was told and come to expect from a "Hyatt". If we wanted the breakfast it was $20 per person.

The say was great, was disappointed there was no pool!

The property was accessible to other stores. Easy parking and check in. The facility was clean, people friendly.

Sam was amazing. All staff were polite and helpful. Rooms were clean.
