하루묵기에 좋은 곳이였다 조식은 못먹었지만 방상태도 괜찮았고 신타그마광장에서도 그렇게 멀지않아 치안도 괜찮은 편

조카들과 함께 즐거운 그리스 여행의 시작인 아테네에서, 아이가 목감기로 보이는 기침을 하여, 너무 걱정이었다. 차량을 렌트하여 델피를 다녀온 이후, 감기가 심해져, 열도나서, 비행기로 산토리니 이동전에 좀 더 많은 휴식이 필요하게 되었다. 추가 요금 없이 따뜻하게, 2시간 늦은 체크아웃을 가능하게 해준 스텝에게 매우 감사한다. 신타그마 광장 근처여서, 관광지 접근성도 매우 용이하고, 아침 조식도 만족스러웠다.

걸어서도 아테네 시내와 유적지를 갈수 있으며 작지만 청결하며 호텔 앞에 있던 벨보이아저씨께서 지도에 유적지 위치를적확히 적어 주시며 아이들에게도 무척 친절하게 대해 주셔서 감사했다. 이틀을 묵었는데 차소음과 오토바이 소리 옆방 들어가는 소리 등 때문에 이틀을 잠을 잘 못잤다. 그래서 다음 날 아침 프런트에 있는여직원에게 조용한 방으로 옮길수있는지 물어보았으나 방이 없다며 미안하다고 말은 했지만 노력하지 않는 모습과 성의가 없어 보이는 모습이 기분이 나빴다. 아침은 기대했던 음식보다는 별로 였으며, 내가 묵었던 다른 호텔에서 먹었던 음식과 비교가 되었다. 아이들과 함께 라면 미리 주문 할때 많이 시키는 것이 더 좋을 듯하다. 식사가 작다고 더 주문하면 그리 좋아하지 않는 느낌을 받았다.

부티끄호텔만의 장점을 잘 살린 호텔

크지 않은 호텔이지만 깨끗하고 훌륭합니다. 위치는 어디에 가던지 아주 편안합니다. 특히 아침식사는 아주 깔끔하고 좋습니다.특히 그릭 요거트는 아주 좋습니다 방의 위치에 따라서 전망이 다르므로 확인 해 보세요

공항버스 타는 곳까지 가까운 편이고 편의시설이 아기자기한 호텔입니다.

프론트 직원들 서비스 별로입니다. 상당히 불친절하구요. 손님의 이야기 끝까지 듣지않다가 방문제가 잘못됐다고 크게 불만을 토로하자 그때서야 방을 확인합니다. 신혼여행으로 갔고, 그리스에서 첫방문한 호텔이었는데...다른 한국사람의 방과 착각해서 주고는 큰 사과 한번 못받았네요. 청소는 잘해주구요, 위치도 산티그마 광장에서 멀지않아서 좋아요. 방이 바뀌는 일만 없었다면, 방 바꼈다고 이상하다고 했을때 의견 수렴만 해줬어도 좋았을텐데...

신타그마 광장과 근접한 위치에 있으며 내부인테리어가 돋보이는 곳 직원 서비스가 좋으며 청결한 곳 스카이라운지 음식은 다소 짜기 때문에 음식 주문시 미리 요청할 것

Good except noise from street

GOOD LOCATION, ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN, FAST WI-FI AND FRIENDLY STAFFS. I WOULD VISIT AGAIN.

Very convenient location, walkable to all attractions. But room needs sound-proofed. Could hear the noise on the street.

The only issue is having one elevator. Otherwise, wonderful.

I was very impressed with the New Hotel. It is a very nice boutique hotel with very cool style. We stayed here for only two nights and unfortunately did not have time to make use of the amenities or visit the restaurants. The room itself was small but very nice. My only complaint was it could have used more counter space by the bathroom. In particular, the service stood out to me. The doorman and front desk staff were lovely every time we interacted with them. The location is excellent and was walkable to everything. Overall, I would say the value for the money is excellent. Having stayed here and at a more expensive hotel in Athens in the same week I definitely think New Hotel was more worthwhile.

We loved the funky, modern design of the New Hotel. The location is super convenient. We could walk to all the major sights and excellent dining nearby. The rooftop terrace is a must for drinks and views of the acropolis. All the staff were so kind and helpful. Our kids didn’t love the frosted glass walls for the bathroom, but otherwise it was perfect for our family.

Perfect for our one night stay in Athens! Easy to walk to everything and staff was great! Rooftop bar/restaurant had amazing views:)

Exceeded expectations and incredible staff

A few blocks from the Plaka. Completely updated hotel.

The stay was fine, but not a 5-star experience. It was very hot in the city, so I set the air conditioning to 20 degrees Celsius, and the room was still warm. The elevator takes a long time to open (there's only one). And finally, the Wi-Fi didn't work in my room the first day, despite having reported it. Otherwise, the hotel is very nice and well-located.
