카운터 직원이 무척 친절했습니다. 영어도 잘 통했고요. 조식도 매우 맛있었습니다. 메리어츠 호텔에서도 묵어 봤는데 조식의 맛은 비등했습니다.

사람들이 북적거리는 곳을 지나면, 숙소가 나온다. 가는길에 보이는 음식점들과 사람들을 만나고 나면 조용한곳에 위치해 있다. 그 위로 조금만 올라가면 백화점을 포함한 상점들이 있다. 위치는 좋다. 시끄럽지도 않고 그렇다고 너무 외진곳은 아니다. 바로 앞엔 건물이 있어서 뷰가 그리 좋진 않지만, 그앞에 강이 있어 운동하기엔 좋다. 에어컨이 없다. 작동이 안되는건지 모르겠지만, 제일중요한 미니바가 없다. 전기포트는 말하면 빌려준다. 근데 진짜 오래된것같다. 사용하는데는 무리없다. 내가 쾰른을 가게되면 다시 묵을거다. 조식은 안먹어서 모르겠고. 수영장도 이용안해봐서 모르겠다.

Very nice location. Nearby Rhein river, easy to access central station and downtown. Nice breakfast, but no dinner service. Room is clean, but pretty small.

The check-in system limits human interaction creating a robotic feel. Room service and the room key are requested through an app. While some might see this as futuristic, I think it removes the human touch. Furthermore, I don’t need an app to open a door for a short time and they eventually give a card for lights and electricity.

Zimmergröße angemessen, allerdings der Schrank war etwas klein, für ein Wochenende kein Problem, eine Woche für zwei Personen könnte etwas problematisch werden,es sei denn man lebt nur aus dem Koffer

Overall a good and joyful expierence. The selv check-in didn't quite work out and cause some extra time that could have been removed by the personal just checking us in. At the time no info was given on times for breakfast or the location wihch seemed a bit odd. The breakfast is good and rooms are nice. Close to public transport and the water.

Weird that I had to wait to check in till 3 pm. While there is self serving machine to handle this. At 3 pm there was a line of people to check in. And 2 personel needed to handle it. Room, seimmimgpool and gym where Nice.

Hôtel très bien placé, lieu agréable. Piscine génial c'est le top. Par contre pas de mini bar dans la chambre, si on veut garder qqch au frais c'est pas possible, par exemple un médicament. Si pour être soit disant "vert" aucun intérêt puisqu'on doit mettre la clim. Le nettoyage est à la demande, c'est une bonne chose, par contre quand on le demande et que les tasses et les verres ne sont pas changés ce n' est pas terrible.

Great location, excellent room, very helpful staff

The room and facilities were clean and modern. The check in process was very easy. The hotel is a short walk from old town Cologne and a nice walking path along the Rhine river. A train station was nearby.

Good room, helpful staff, good location - good value for money

Location is great. Rooms are so comfortable. Too expensive for breakfast. Should not allow SMOKING right at the front door. Definitely would recommend this place!

We have to Check-in with Self-check-in kiosk, there was just one person in the reception to help guests. Room was clean and there were minimum equipment for basic comfort, but they clean the room only of we ask for (if you stay 2 nights or more). Breakfast was really ready minimum minimum, just some eggs, yogurt, breads, etc., no need to add the breakfast option, better to go a cafe nearby.

Great hotel in a fantastic location. Staff are super friendly and make you feel really welcome. Room was lovely. I will return again soon.
