카운터 직원이 무척 친절했습니다. 영어도 잘 통했고요. 조식도 매우 맛있었습니다. 메리어츠 호텔에서도 묵어 봤는데 조식의 맛은 비등했습니다.

사람들이 북적거리는 곳을 지나면, 숙소가 나온다. 가는길에 보이는 음식점들과 사람들을 만나고 나면 조용한곳에 위치해 있다. 그 위로 조금만 올라가면 백화점을 포함한 상점들이 있다. 위치는 좋다. 시끄럽지도 않고 그렇다고 너무 외진곳은 아니다. 바로 앞엔 건물이 있어서 뷰가 그리 좋진 않지만, 그앞에 강이 있어 운동하기엔 좋다. 에어컨이 없다. 작동이 안되는건지 모르겠지만, 제일중요한 미니바가 없다. 전기포트는 말하면 빌려준다. 근데 진짜 오래된것같다. 사용하는데는 무리없다. 내가 쾰른을 가게되면 다시 묵을거다. 조식은 안먹어서 모르겠고. 수영장도 이용안해봐서 모르겠다.

Very nice location. Nearby Rhein river, easy to access central station and downtown. Nice breakfast, but no dinner service. Room is clean, but pretty small.

쾰른 중앙역에서 강변을 따라 산책하며 도보로 이동하기 괜찮긴하지만, 그래도 애매한 위치인 것 같습니다. 중앙역에서 캐리어를 끌고 이동하셔야한다면 시가지 말고 꼭 강변 산책로로 이동하세요! 돌길이 거의 없어 짐 끌고 가시기 편할겁니다. 저는 싱글룸을 사용했는데 후기에서 보던대로 방이 조금 작긴했으나 침대가 아주 커서 편하게 쉬기엔 더할 나위없이 좋았습니다. 24인치 캐리어를 펼쳐둘 공간도 있었구요. 가장 아쉬웠던 것은 화장실.. 샤워부스가 분리되어있으나 샤워를 하면 물이 그대로 밖으로 새어나가더군요. 3박이나 하면서 씻을 때마다 엄청 불편했습니다..샤워시설은 반드시 개선하셔야할듯... 그걸 제외하곤 괜찮았습니다. 무료 생수도 제공되고 로비에 간단히 먹을 거리를 판매하기도 합니다. 걸어서 가까이에 REWE마트도 있었구요. 룸서비스 직원도 아주 친절했습니다.

깔끔하고 직원모두 친절합니다. 주차장이 좁고 건물 뒤로 돌아들어가야해서 이용이 불편했습니다. 위치는 비교적 시내와 가까워 좋았습니다.

I wish to make known my complete dissatisfaction at this booking. I booked a room with Twin beds and private bathroom for 2 work colleagues going to a Trade show. The room was completely unsuitable for this situation at a cost of two thousand euro! Clearly when twin beds were booked it was not a couple! The beds could not be separated by the guests and the shower was located in the main room with absolutely NO privacy. Despite reception staff trying to be helpful the hotel was booked and a change of room was not possible but this should never have happened in the first place. Serious attention to detail required going forward. Very disappointed.

There was this customer service officer. His attitude was terrible. Asked about possibility of having room side by side he said not possible in a loud tone. When asked about estimated time to leave hotel for airport, he answered it depends on how many gates and traffic condition, so he cannot tell me anything. First time encountering such customer service. Perhaps he is in bad mood, or dislike talking to a chinese or whatever. Rudest hotel staff I have ever met.

Friendly and helpful staff, nice hotel. We stayed in apartment - spacious, clean and comfortable. Close enough to downtown and all things köln. Wonderful stay overall

Sehr freundliches Personal, das Zimmer war sehr gemütlich und im Pool konnte man richtig schwimmen.

Freundliche Mitarbeiter beim Check in, jedoch macht es wenig Sinn über Tablets online einzuchecken, wenn gefühlt jeder Hilfe benötigt… Parkhaus ist nur für kleine Autos geeignet. Solange das Parkhaus nicht voll ist ok, aber da die Kosten 24 Euro pro Nacht sind, dann wo anders außerhalb etwas suchen. Zimmer sind groß genug, Betten sehr bequem.

Top! Alles prima. Frühstück ein wenig bescheiden und seltsam. Chicken Wings und Falafel, statt Speck und Würstchen aner hey...

Loved the self check in service and the location not far from the river

Der Empfang an der Rezeption war sehr Freundlich, Online Check In sehr Gut (per App). Das Zimmer war Sauber und Ruhig ( in den Hinterhof mit Blick auf die Lyskirche), das Badezimmer groß eine Glasscheibe zum Zimmer für den einen schönen Blick. Die Matrazen waren auch Top. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig und lies keine Wünsche offen. Die Dame im Frühstücksraum war auch sehr Freundlich. Eine Nachorderung per App über probt erledigt. Wir waren sehr Zufrieden Kleine Anmerkung: Es sollten fehlende/ lose Teile ersetzt werden: Türknopf an der Duschtüre, Griff an der Schreibtischschublade sehr lose, Duschgel war leer ( wurde aber probt Aufgefüllt).
