The rooms is not so clean. The odor of the previous guest was still in the room. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The old man working at night doesn't even know how to greet the guest. Communicates with the guests very disrespectfully. Lack of information as well.

Convenient location, walking distance to BTS, food and lots of shopping options. Breakfast spread super standard, but room is clean, and they gave me 2x1.5L drinking water each day.

My husband and I moved to this hotel because it is close to Bumrungrad International Hospital where my 87 year old mother was admitted due to a sudden illness. We had been taking turns staying in the room with her overnight as moved to this hotel as it is in walking distance to the hospital. When we checked in the room looked fine, however the air conditioner was freezing cold and could not be adjusted despite calling the janitor etc. We were then moved to another room across the hall where we were assured the air conditioner was fine but the telephone did not walk. We were taken to another room however across the hall the people were playing sitar music very loudly and seemed to have no consideration for other guests at all. We were desperate to sleep and although we don't smoke we agreed to look at 3 possible rooms on a smoking floor. Unfortunately the rooms all smelled very bad. Around 9pm we were finally give a room that was nowhere as nice as the first one we had. By that time we were so tired we did not care. Hotel staff kept saying they were sorry but were not proactive in doing anything to help us. My husband was told the manager would talk with him at breakfast the next morning but this did not happen. That night we got back from the hospital late and there was no wifi in the room. Three phone calls later it was fixed but no explanation was given. We decided enough was enough and booked another hotel for the duration of her stay in hospital. The next morning the manager did meet with my husband and said that the next time we stayed we could pay for a standard room and get an upgrade. On the up side breakfast was fine and the hotel is well located for access to the hospital.

We enjoyed the stay. Spacious Room - clean and comfy. Halal Breakfast. Would come back again.
