I didn’t like that my room must have been under the exercise room. They were dropping dumbbells on the floor around 1am.

The only thing I didn't like was the lack of clarity about the parking and the bed my husband and I slept in was harsh to our backs. Otherwise, a fine hotel!

The parking was a little confusing but overall, the area was safe, efficiently close to Friendship Heights Metro and nice shops and lovely staff! Also, the room was nice, too.

Front desk staff deserve raises and the pool was amazing

Our stay was great. The only complaint I have is that I got signed up for the Mariott Bonvoy points program without my consent.

Cleaning and good location. The bed and the pillows are very comfortable.

Uncomfortable beds and pillows. Towels felt cheap and the ac kept turning on and off. No free breakfast and if you want it it’s expensive.15$ for a egg sandwich…

They announced a water cut during the night. They could have provided an extra bottle of water. We could not leave the room (post surgery and spouse watching me) so we ended up drinking water from the tap (which was yucky). Those small touches...

The room was comfortable well clean the only thing was a little noisy sound like construction or something, and this might be little but i wanted to buy a bottle of starbucks and it was a whopping $8 and some change and starbuck is right down the street just a block over from the hotel. but i would stay there again, i enjoyed my stay.

The restaurant was not that good

Overall ok. Beds and pillows were not comfortable. Also, conditioner bottle was almost empty on our first night, and was not refilled by housekeeping the following day, so we had no conditioner to use on the final morning of our stay.

Excellent customer service.

cordial staff, clean & fresh rooms and decor, easy access to the Metro - tho parking is pricey

Hotel located near Bethesda in the northern part of Washington. The hotel is about 400 meters from the subway and bus station. The subway takes about 40 minutes to reach the city center. Hotel with comfortable rooms. It has a restaurant and vending machines with snacks for sale. There are not many restaurants nearby.

Overall excellent experience.

Convenient and clean

Location was very convenient. Room was fine. Staff was very nice, but room was unavailable when I arrived and I was told I would receive call to alert me when it was ready, and I never received call. Also I requested a 7am wake-up call; the call came at 6am.
