청소가 하나도 되어 있지 않은, 사용된 방을 안내 받음. 짐을 다 들고 방에 들어서려는 순간 너무 화가 났음. 새로운 방으로 바꾸어 주었으나, 첫 인상이 너무 강하여 좋은 숙소라고 생각되지 않음 층간 소음이 심함. 조식의 종류는 다양하지 않으나 싸갈 수 있는 점이 좋았음 주변 상점과의 접근성이 좋았음

시애틀 출장일때 늘 가는 곳입니다 다운타운보다 가격도 훨씬 저렴하고 주변에 몰이 많아서 걸어서 다니기에도 매우 편리합니다. 방도 매우 깨끗하고 침대도 무척 편안해서 추천합니다. 혼자 사용하기에 매우 넓어요

두번째 숙박했는데 아주청결하고 직원들도 친절하고 위치도 쇼핑몰에 근접해서 좋은여행이 되었읍니다. 단지 조명이 어두워서 비오는날 조금우울했읍니다. 무료아침식사도 좋았읍니다.

Room was clean - bathroom had some spilled stuff on the cupboard but nothing too crazy. Staff were great and room was spacious. Good value for price

Says 18+ but it’s 21+ and the staff are super rude about everything, so much disgusting attitude and did not make me feel welcome or even try to help us find another hotel that was 18+. Rude staff don’t go here.

When we checked in, there was still underwear and clothing from previous occupants in the drawers. Overall, the place was a bit run down and not what I had expected.

Residence Inn is convenient to what we wanted to do in Lynnwood. We like that there is a kitchen. The unit was clean and well- supplied, and they allow dogs.

The staff was super friendly when I checked in and the room was spacious. I thought it was just going to be a bed, but there was a sitting area and a full kitchen. I would stay there again as location was convenient to shopping and surrounding activities.

The staff at the front desk is super helpful and friendly! Unfortunately, the rooms are tired. The carpet was pretty filthy. The pull-out sofa's "mattress" was thin, worn, and very uncomfortable.

The staff did not communicate properly and charged me an extra $120. After charging me extra they won’t release the refunds to me until a month later.
