Boss advertisement. I chose that hotel because website and sign out front of hotel., State bar and restaurant. There is no bar.. has not been for four years. That is false advertisement.. and I was pissed off because of it. That is not right.. I’ll never stay at another Holiday Inn never. You owe me a refund because I couldn’t cancel..

Needs updated. Walls are thin. Hair in barhroom!

They have to make sure that the bathroom and the towel are clean

Nice, clean hotel

Everything was fine. Staff was friendly and accommodating

We did not get to stay at this hotel because it was canceled. I booked it as a reserve now and pay at property, and because someone tried to take the money out of my account before we checked in, it got cancel. That is why I book reserve now and pay at property. Because usually I don't have the money before that day. This trip, I wasn't paying with my account I was paying with my mother's account. This was very disappointing and may not be using hotels.com again.

I love the holiday inn brand. This hotel did not feel like a holiday inn. It was old and outdated however the team members were very nice.

The propert was nice and clean and the room was very clean

Located near many places to eat and down the road from a major highway

Easy access on and off 95.

Lorraine at check in desk was very nice & friendly. She made check in easy. The room carpet was old. The phone did not work. The shower plumbing rod I felt was going to fall off the wall.

We had a quick overnight stay on a trip to FL. The staff was exceptionally friendly. The room was clean and beds comfortable. The hotel is older so not fancy. The check out staff person was also very friendly. Budget friendly.

Received a random visit from maintenance about a cover for the peephole on our door in the middle of a Saturday afternoon and this was the only downside to our stay.
