전반적으로 숙박 경험은 좋았고 제대로 된 식사 공간 특히 조식이 없어서 아쉬웠음

My home air conditioning doesn’t work and I needed refuge from the broiling heat. The hotel was a good refuge.

The property is nice and clean. All staff is welcoming. Restaurant on site is so convenient. Also, walking distance to shopping and other dining!

Very nice hotel close to The Domain shopping district. The rooms are clean and the personnel is attentive and helpful.

First, the room had an odor- smelled like stale bug spray. Room was also stuffy upon entering. There was 1 ice machine for all 4 floors- which there was a visiting high school basketball team, no doubt they were thirsty. Ice machine ran out of ice before 10pm. Also I did not get the breakfast I paid an additional fee for. And finally 2 hours before check-out the maid staff entered our room..no knock or any for-warning. That is the rudest, as well as violating, mistake the staff could carelessly do. At LEAST knock. Unless they got notified we had checked out early, they should wait until checkout time to feel safe to use their master key and enter a room they KNOW to be occupied. I will say, though, that their check-in process you can do from your phone to expedite the process was appreciated.

There was no pool as advertised. We had to walk over to their 'sister' property Residence Inn to use their mini pool.

The neighborhood was safe and convenient. The staff was also friendly and respectable.

Horrible experience, hotel “overbooked” so they made a reservation at a different hotel 15 minutes away. I was not notified until I tried checking in.

I’ve stayed several times at this hotel. Staff is friendly and professional. Love the rooms, plenty of space.

No free breakfast, Starbucks. Overall it was a good hotel.

Internet doesn't work in the room. I called the front desk and all they said was that it should work.

Started poorly with multiple cars double parked and taking up 2 spots.So there was no parking when I arrived at ten thirty. The room had no decoration at all and was arranged very awkwardly with the television across the room from the bed. I couldn't get a guide or a menu for the television, so i was stuck with only local channels. But the worst was having the fire alarms at 1am and 630 am. To top it off the the noise in the hallway around 9 in the morning with housekeeping chatter and guests leaving, then at check out, the trainee was there without her trainer and she didnt know how to complete a checkout. I stood waiting forever before I finally just left. Terrible experience.

The hotel is straightforward, not too many bells and whistles. My only complaint is the small parking lot - if you get back to your room late, prepare to walk.

Fire alarm went off all night and the room I bought was given to someone else before I got there
