Hidden fees once you show up even if you’ve already paid online. Rooms are not what are advertised. I paid for a deluxe room and was given a regular room, vending machines are outdated and only take quarters. Staff doesn’t care about feedback and make you feel unimportant. People drinking outside all hours of the night. Barely any parking as the lot is filled with tree trucks that park sideways and take up 4-8 spots. I will not be back

Very convenient and comfy rooms

Check-in was easy and worker very friendly. The doors were monitored and secure. Facility is older but clean and safe.

Employees especially front dest clerk and mgr were abusing the power, and bending the rules for there regulars or friends of theres.

4日間ほど滞在しました。 騒音などもそこまでなく、気になりません。強いていうなら隣の人のシャワー音や咳払いが少し聞こえるくらい。 アメニティはリンスインシャンプーとボディーソープ、洗顔用石鹸。歯ブラシは持ってたのでスーパーに行った時に小さい歯磨き粉は買っておいた方が良いです。 あとコーヒーメーカーもあり、助かりました。 スタッフさんはみんな良い人ばっかりで、特に清掃スタッフの女性の方には真心がこもった掃除をしてもらえてとても良かったです。 元モーテルでドアが駐車場側に向いていたのでセキュリティ面は少し不安でしたが、問題なかったです。

Requested a smoking room. Upon arrival receptionist stated it was for nonsmoking. Even with me showing the reservation receipt for the smoking accommodation the staff was not willing to change it.
