The front staff could not get our reservation for the shuttle correct, a/c in room didn’t work and they did not offer to change our room; we had to go to the front desk and call to get sheets for the pull out bed even though reservation was for 3 in one room; both floors of the hotel that we were on smelled like a fast food restaurant; cushions were missing from couch in room so we couldn’t sit on it comfortably; overall the hotel just looked shabby; bathtub did not look clean

Standard Holiday Inn, but it was way overpriced when I was there.

Lovely hotel. Attentive staff Airport Shuttle!

We loved the free shuttle to and from the airport, as well as being taken to restaurants in town.

This hotel is in a convenient location, close to many restaurants. The room and the view were fantastic! The staff was friendly, and everything was clean and well-maintained.

Like the hotel. Would skip breakfast. Too expensive for what you get for free in other hotels. Walkable breakfast places would be a better option.

Very comfortable room. Clean and spacious. We had a beautiful view of the water. Check in was quick and they got us in our room early. Staff is friendly and professional. Easy walk to restaurants and attractions.

It's walking distance to Hadlock field which was our reason for visiting.

Liked the location and had a nice view of the bay from our room. The bartender at the hotel bar was very friendly. The rest of the staff acted as if they didn’t want to be bothered. The key cards for the rooms deactivated very easily and frequently. One of the staff members scolded my wife because my daughter went to get it reactivated and said she should not have a key at 14 years old.

Big room, great ocean view. Really clean and new. Excellent breakfast. Staff very nice. Great location, 3 min walk to the old city.

It was a very good stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful, had planned to go out for dinner after arriving and ended up staying right at motel and having dinner and drinks and also breakfast the next morning, don't think they should charge for parking, rate was a little stout, but all and all it was a great experience, view from room was amazing

We loved everything about this hotel. We now know the place to stay next time we are in Portland longer then one night. The pool looked amazing, just didn't have time to enjoy after our touring around the town. Everything is right there in town near the hotel to enjoy yourself.

Room and view was great also in great location. Under construction when we were there.
