Do not stay here if you are a woman or person of color. Management is extremely rude and would not refund us since we paid for a no pet room. It was 20 he would need to refund us. There was pet hair all over our room. I have Lisa with allergies and cannot have a room with pets in it. When I question it he said the hotel doesn't have pets at all. However on their option it offers a pet free room. The only good thing was the view of the train station which my son loved. It's a shame we will not be able to use this hotel again. They refused to give us our money or the proper room. The pool is also disgusting. No mention of it not being in use currently

Needs a renovation although staff are kind

Odor of varnish or a cleaning solvent in room, halls and elevator. Pool closed. Fitness center closed. A lot of deferred maintenance. Only one ice maker on top floor. The shampoo and conditioner bottles had been left fron prior stay and were half empty. Would not return.

Hallways smelled like marijuana. Looked dirty and run down. Areas outside weren’t maintained well.

It’s needs to be knocked down and started again. Over $160 for this place is ridiculous. Plan better and stay in another town.

The bathroom was not clean especially the tub

The hotel needs some work. Only one elevator works. The room had some peeling plaster. The breakfast was ok but not outstanding. The really bad thing was the trains that run by the hotel all night long.

The over night front desk clerk was amazing

Convenience and great location for me. In the center of all I needed and wanted to do. Nice rates

The check-in was super simple and quick. I wasn’t told where the continental breakfast was. The room was okay, but it wasn’t the cleanest. My room was towards the stairway, and I could hear it every time someone opened and closed it. It was an okay stay. We just needed a hot shower and a cozy bed.

Desperate need of renovation. Place is close to dump status. Bed could see the sag and my wife and I frowned as soon as we saw it. Judging from check in, condition etc was not unexpected. Folks were nice enough. Not sure what’s if anything better in the area.

Very clean every time I stay there

This was a nice, quiet place to stay while visiting with family in Cumberland. It is a pet friendly property but because I am allergic to cats, they put us on the fourth floor, away from where those with pets are, on the first two floors. I would stay here again when in the area.

Very outdated. Elevator broken. Smelled like marijuana

We were disappointed at the condition of the downtown Ramada upon check-in. The building was hot but the room had good air. They required us to store our bicycles in their locked storage. Upon pick up this morning, the door was completely unlocked and no one around!! Thousands of dollars of bikes in that room by the front door and it was left unlocked!!!!

We stayed here two years ago and it was great. We stayed last year and it was awful. This year it is great again

While the room (outside of the bathroom) was fine, the rest of the hotel was poorly kept up - old paint, old carpet, the "complimentary breakfast" was basically cereal and some biscuits, there was little to like about this hotel. For the same or close to the same price, you can get far better hotel rooms. Would not recommend.

Great Check-in and the room was great. They also allowed us to leave our cars there while riding the GAP bike trail for 4 days.. I will definitely stay again if traveling in Cumberland.

The bed was super comfy. Good sleep. That was the best part. The walls are pretty thin. We listening to the guy in the adjacent room have an animated phone conversation for over an hour. I wish there was a mute button. The front desk help were personal and welcoming. The overall appearance of the hotel is pretty old/cheap, but the location and price makes it worth the stay.

This hotel is dated but is serviceable. We did not get a chance to see the breakfast but it was free. The lounge is or has been closed for a while.
