전체 평가 및 리뷰 Hôtel Mercure Deauville Centre

호텔 자체는 깔끔하고 도빌 동네 걸어서 구경하기 좋은 위치였어요. 프랑스 다른 지역 대비 가성비 괜찮은 호텔이었어요 주차를 미리 예약을 무조건 해야되는지 알고 예약해서 갔는데, 5성급 호텔도 아닌데 주차료가 24유료가 좀 비싼게 흠이었네요. 궂이 호텔에 안세우고 주변에 공영주차장이 있어서 공영주차장에 세우면 더 저렴한거 같아요. 참고하시길 바랍니다.

The city was truly nice and mercure in Deuaville is also good however, I sincerely advise that staff in breakfast buffet NEED TO at least, try to speak English. If they're professional as a staff who works in international chain hotel, SInce 1st day, I politely asked and informed to staff I can't speak n understand French but staffs keep talking French to me on and on and on. Isn't it simple to ask "Your room number" in English? There's only thing ruined my day in Deauville was the time during breakfast.

Notre chambre, réservée de longue date, donnait sur la rue et juste à côté de l’espace petit déjeuner qui a commencé son service à 6h30 Donc pas à la hauteur d’une chambre 4* sauf à la proposer avec un plus tarif adapté La chambre, en dehors de ses défauts de bruit, est confortable.

Hotel com ótima localização, muito limpo, bonito e confortável

Séjour amoureux, casino , mer et restaurants à proximité, calme et dépaysant. Je recommande.

La chambre est très bien. En revanche le lobby est tout petit et vieillot. L espace petit déjeuner est également très petit. La vue parc est très belle. Le personnel est très accueillant.

The front desk staff were really excellent - great check in - advised us where to park for FREE - plus provided some great dining options. Good location for walking around.

It has been - overall- a satisfying experience once again. Contrary to last time our rooms were smaller (no balcony). Unfortunately they started renovation works on our floor. Lots of noise, dust and workers!!!

L’hôtel est très bien placé pour visiter Dauville et Trouville. Le personnel est très agréable et au petit soin. Cependant la chambre qui nous a été attribué était très exiguë (bien plus petite que les photos et la surface annoncée) et inconfortable pour un séjour de 3 nuits.

Notre chambre était collé à la cuisine au 1er On a entendu des bruits de cuisine et odeurs dans la chambre toute la nuit alors que nous avions pris la chambre la plus chère. Bien placé en centre ville.

we stayed here for the week-end. Everything is impeccable. The staff is particularly kind and willing to help. A great address !

Very good price/quality ratio

Personnel très accueillant et agréable. La chambre aurait besoin d’être rafraîchit. Ménage à revoir, il y avait des cheveux dans la salle de bain. Je trouve que le prix est haut par rapport à la prestation même si l’hôtel est bien situé.
