It's an OK airport hotel to stay b4 and after your flight. Hotel is kind of old and smelly in the room too but the bed is comfy and meets the expectation regarding cleanliness. I'd come back here to stay cuz they have better rate than other hotels in tye area. You could here airplanes but it stops at night time.

We were there in August with 90 degree weather & the room (and halls) were HOT! No matter how low we put the ac it never went below 71 degrees! We were told the ACs don’t go lower than 70s. And believe me it felt like 80+ in the room! We could hardly sleep it was so hot! The place has no frills. Was the 2 nights with no housekeeping. We had to leave dirty linens outside room & hubby had to go downstairs to get clean towels. Restaurant attached was the best part of our stay. We would not recommend this hotel. We were sorry we stayed.

We loved our stay at this hotel mainly for the convenience of everything around! It felt like everything was conveniently 15-25 mins away including downtown, Highmark Stadium, dining, shopping, etc. Our favorite part of the hotel was the restaurant attached, Wing Dingz… best wings we’ve had. The hotel itself was perfectly fine and would stay again due to its price and location.

Our room was nice until we looked at the curtains and there was what looked to be poop on them. We turned the air down to 65 yet it never got cooler than 74 in the room. We were awoken at 8:00 the next morning by what we thought were noisy guests yelling in the hallway. It wasn’t guests, it was workers! Screaming and hollering at eachother.

The room was dirty, dust balls in the corners and paper and other “stuff around the room, behind doors, etc. Glad it was a one night and out experience. Only good thing was a comfortable bed

Prima hotel, goede service.

Staff was great. Transport driver was really knowledgeable however for the price the amenities were subpar. Hallways were dirty, outside tables had garbage on them, musty smell and what made it worse is that we only had 4 hrs to sleep before we caught our flight and the noise barriers in the room were so poor. Not sure if there was a couple on their honeymoon but they were at it for 4 hrs straight. The screaming and bed banging were unbearable. My teen daughters were mortified. A room with better sound barriers would have definetly helped.

Price was good pick however the rooms are really poorly kept floors were so dirty we cleaned it 3x with bleach spray to sleep the night because our feet were turning black

Nice hotel with a restaurant on site. Staff helpful.

Staff was friendly but bedding was filthy. We had to call for them to give us new Sheets when they brought this, she didn't even make the bed.We had to make the bed ourselves. The shuttle driver was great efficient.

Very convenient hotel near the airport with free shuttle service. Not fancy, but the areas were very clean. In my room, the two beds were comfortable, the sheets were good and clean, and the bathroom was very nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was good, and they have coffee and tea in the lobby. They have a small convenience store at the front desk to buy some essentials and snacks. There's a 24-hour Speedway right outside in the parking where you can get pizza, snacks, sandwiches for breakfast, dinner, and much more. The hotel's Wings restaurant is open in the evenings, but the menu and ambiance looked good, although I didn't visit it. Across the street is the Olympic Restaurant (brunch and all day meals). There's also a variety of restaurants along the avenue, and you can order Uber Eats. The 24 hrs. free shuttle service can take you to the bus stop located right at the airport. Very convenient if you're using Buffalo's public transportation to get to Downtown, the Mall, or Niagara Falls. The buses are very punctual.

Great airport shuttle service. The Olympia restaurant across the street is exceptional. Room is clean and comfortable. Great value!

The room is clean and upgraded. There are restaurants nearby, very convenient. It's very close to the airport but very quiet.

We had to go back to the front desk 3 times because the key card didn’t work. The room had a bad smell. Bathroom vanity lights didnt work. Towels had hair all over them. Shower floor was dirty
