If you want a very clean inexpensive place to stay that is fairly close to SDC & other area attractions, this is a good choice! Only thing bad was the noise of the AC unit.

Manager refussed to allow my ADA Service dog to stay in the hotel, cancelled our reservations, and left us with no place to stay for 2 nights. The manager was VERY rude and hateful and refused to obey ADA regulations.

I had read a few bad ratings and was a little apprehensive but found out it was unfounded. I concluded you cant please everyone. It was a very pleasant stay.

Room was good. The bathroom was quite small

The breakfast was good just limited, it could also use a bigger verity of drinks.

The place was very nice and clean. The gentleman at the front desk was not nice or friendly. 0 personality during check in and to busy on his phone during check out. A hello or thank you would have gone a long way. Otherwise the place was very good.

Standard blah breakfast. Water pressure was lacking on the second floor. Parking was good. The bathroom was small.

Room was fine. It was clean. A bit dated but comfortable and quiet! Breakfast was adequate.

Super clean. Staff very nice. I really enjoyed my stay. I will be coming here again!

Don't want to write a long review so I'll hit the high notes; Branson is a tourist town and seems like most of the hotels and Inns are privately owned. I didn't see alot of chain hotels and stuff. I say that because the pics on Expedia are misleading. If you were staying in city you'd probably skip over the property due to the pics. But it's a family owned hotel, big rooms (we had a bedroom with 2 queens, and the main room with a king). It's older but well maintained, real clean, nice outside porch with plenty of seating. You feel very safe, no signs of trouble anywhere. The owners (I'm assuming husband and wife) were very nice. The breakfast is really good. Hot eggs, fresh biscuit and gravy, freshly cooked sausage, real good coffee with a Bunn automatic,cereal, milk, bagels, juice. And the lady who cooks it is right there and is very sweet. The location is amazing. Literally everything we wanted to do was 5-10 min drive, usually 5. It's right off the Branson Boardwalk where you can walk the strip, which we did. Again, it's not the fanciest/nicest hotel, but a very good family feel with (we had 6 of us) clean facilities and a very friendly staff.....and good breakfast.

It was very clean and staff was very good. However, building was old & could be updated!

This property was clean and basic services provided. Little things that could have made it better hotel were overlooked, like room dispenser filled, and cable or online channels provided. Breakfast was ok again basic, limited choices. Overall it was an inexpensive hotel all around.Good for a tight budget.

Hotel was well maintained and rooms were very clean. Refrigerator and microwave in room. Excellent free hot breakfast, biscuits and gravy were very good. I would definitely stay here again. Very budget friendly.

The property isn’t in the busy part of Branson, but off the beaten path, which makes it quieter. It’s also very clean and comfortable especially for the price.

The place was clean but seemed somewhat old due to the ceilings being so low. A lot of the parking lot was on a steep slope. The breakfast was fine.
