Clean and comfortable

I’m a difficult rater and also I did not make demands on staff. Bed was great. I had a good night’s sleep The room was not as sound proof from the pool noise as I would have liked. But, when the pool closed, no problem.

Had a great stay. Front desk was great and detailed things to do around the area! A really great stay. Only a couple of complaints about the room - the phone didn't seem to work -possible I wasn't using it correctly. The hinge on the room door is so tight that we could hardly get the door opened from either side. Room 443

As usual, we had an absolutely amazing stay. We were attending my son‘s college graduation. The staff were extremely kind and helpful.I would highly recommend this hotel.

It seems a little run-down. The fitness center is too small and too hot. There was a dirty band-aid on the floor of our bathroom when we checked in.

Nikole at the front desk was fantastic. She was welcoming, friendly, and helpful in finding places to go. We loved our stay!

Front desk staff were especially friendly and kind. I had my first experience with the hotel checking on me via text messages. This was a special touch and convenient.

I got to the hotel for check in around 8:05 PM. I waited at the front desk until about 830 when the clerk finally came to check us in. The bartender on staff closed the bar without even checking in on us to see if we needed any help or if he could help find the staff member to check us in. We ordered dinner prior to getting there and ended up eating the dinner in the lobby as we waited for the staff to show up. I tried calling multiple times in hopes the staff member had a way to answer the phone away from the desk or someone else would pick up. When we got to there room there was a significant water spot on the ceiling above one of the beds. We took our son swimming and because the staff member was no where to be found he had little to no time to swim after we checked in and got to our room. They were quick to make sure we were out of the pool by 9, but had no issue making us wait for 25 minutes to check in.

Nice place to stay on my yearly visit.

Great stay

This was a fine hotel. It's an older building that's showing its age in places, but it's kept well. The open pool area makes the whole building a bit humid, which I think is to blame for the carpet in my room feeling a bit damp all the time. The hotel breakfast is not complimentary, and it's not fast - I think they should give up on the made-to-order concept and just serve a complimentary buffet-style breakfast like most other hotels of this caliber. Other than that, it was a perfectly fine place to stay for a work trip and I would return provided the price is competitive. The location is near downtown where there are a number of great restaurants. Ample parking, but not necessarily close to your preferred door unless you get lucky.

Very noisy

Staff very helpful. Hotel is nice but a little worn, such as rust in the shower. 2 Queen room cramped but lots of shelves and table space to put things on and many charging plugs

Nice property nice staff

Overpriced. The ONLY thing that was remarkable was the staff, everyone I interacted with was quite wonderful. Everything else was sub-par. Dinner menu at the “restaurant” was minimal at best. Free WiFi with stay? I shut my WiFi off because everything buffered while using it. Yes, you have local cable, but it’s 2025 and no Smart TV? Bathtub had hair in it when we checked in. I paid LESS for a stay 2 weeks ago with another company in a similar town, had a suite, kitchenette, bedroom, living room and huge bathroom. Restaurant menu for lunch & dinner was elaborate, breakfast was included and was MTO or buffet style, or a mix of both. Not sure how this establishment can justify the price.
