Todo excelente, muy buen servicio solamente dejar un requerimiento en el restaurante en el desayuno y en la cena varias veces me encontre cucarachas,por fabor chuequen eso

This resort was family friendly and amenities were good for the entire family.

My family and I stayed at this property a year earlier. We had such a positive experience we chose to spend this year’s Summer vacation here too. My grandchildren stated both times, “This is the best Summer ever!” I believe that sums it up.

Overall the property was a beautiful resort. Great pools, loved the lazy river, delicious food and drinks at pool bar. It was very easy to get to the beach and lots of showers to wash the sand off your feet when you get back to the resort. Only things that were slightly below expectations was that our room was not fully restocked when we checked in (lotion, hand soap, etc). Also we asked staff about possible late check out (for the next day) when we checked in. Was told to call the next morning to ask. I called around 645am from our room to ask about late check out and was told to “call back around 9am”. Presumably he didn’t know and wanted to pass it on to the day shift workers. Walked down to front desk around 740am and asked someone at the front and was met with an immediate “no, the entire resort is fully booked and there’s no possibility”. I understood there was a possibility that it wasn’t possible but was slightly annoyed that we kept getting the runaround from multiple people instead of a straight answer at the start. We were paying for a massage and would’ve loved to been able to use a shower to wash off - however there wasn’t any public “getting ready” rooms or showers once you checked out of your room. But otherwise overall a good experience.

All the staff were great and very helpful.

First the staff is amazing! Food options are excellent! Amenities are everything anyone needs! We never had to leave property for anything!

Stayed there 4 nights.

If you are gonna spend so much money it should not look like the landlord covered everything in paint to cover improfections. We also had hair in our food, there is no ac in the elevator, no soap and their ac in the room was not working properly which we let them know and they checked it and said it was working.

The facility was nice with lots to do. The staff were very helpful. a couple things that we didn't like were the facility is old, and the air conditioner was pretty loud. Also, when we came in our room one day the cleaning lady was using the bathroom sitting on the toilet when I opened the door.

HOUSE KEEPING IS TERRIBLE. I STAYED FOR 7 DAYS AND I ONLY GOT MY ROOM CLEANED TWICE! I KEPT HAVING TO CALL THE FRONT DESK AND KEPT HAVING TO GO UP THERE WITH MYSELF IN PERSON TO GET ANYTHING RESOLVED. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

Front desk staff notnfriendly. Hidden fees!!!! For using expedia.com that is ridiculous. We were penalized and charged additional rates fornuding Expedia.com . Shich i never will do again!!!!!
