The property is walkable to most attractions.

Good location downtown. Well maintained property. Spacious rooms. Needs more dining options.

I love everything about this hotel except the parking elevator. There is only one. Yep about 5-8 floors and 1 elevator… ONE!!

We visited during the time there was 2-3 tornado warnings. All other hotels around us notified their guests of the warning and had them shelter out of their respective rooms in a safe place within the hotel. NO one at our hotel bothered to notify guests or request us to shelter for safety. VERY disappointed and this is a MAJOR area of concern you should address. The hotel overall needs a good "touch up" not at all what it was when we visited 3 years ago. We had 16 persons staying at this hotel with us and we will NOT return to a Bonvoy property such as this since there is a lack of safety procedure. Very disappointing in Sheraton. After losing power and water we had to relocate to another hotel. The onsite manager was wonderful, helpful and we appreciated that. (Alex McCullough). There was an issue in having housekeeping clean our room.....they failed to do so for 2 days for no apparent reason. Alex was kind enough to give us a few points for this.

Great place to stay! Accessible to EVERYTHING. We also loved the view from the 21st floor.

overall decent property. noisy- between the construction outside (even at night) and the noise after 11pm in the main area that travels up the atrium. We had an issue with the breakfast coupons- first day the restaurant asked if I wanted to put it on my room not for the coupon and I said yes thinking it would just credited. After realizing the mistake I was told by the restaurant to go to the front desk to resolve. First person said she will forward to her manager to fix. After 2 days still not done. The second front desk area told me she couldn't fix it and I should be Ok because the $12 resort credit had been credited toward my meal. Finally after over hearing the conversation another member said to just override the charge. We travel often and this by far was one of the worst front staff experiences.

$50 just to park. $25 Destination Fee that doesn’t even last the length of your stay. Staff was not helpful nor do I feel like they cared about service as much as how quickly they could be done with the interaction. Plenty of other accommodations around to waste your money here.

I think for the price there are better choices. Beautiful lobby and nice staff! Beds are doubles so small. The shower didn’t get hot and the water pressure was very weak. Parking is convenient but expensive. There’s snacks and drinks sitting out on sensors that if you pick them up or bump them you’re charged for them.

Lovely hotel!! Near downtown and walkable.
