Unclean room floor. Staff seems very unhappy, someone might force them to work. Overall decent experience

Was probably a great facility in the 80s. Not sure has been renovated since. Rooms are ok. Wouldn't stay more than one night and when there is no choice.

The woman at the front desk was very professional the gentleman not so much The room was nice and clean but the bright white lights did not help the atmosphere a softer white tone would have been better it seem like a good spot if you have children that enjoy a pool but the general upkeep of the building is poor I would give it a three star over all

My family and I stayed at this hotel for 8 days, and unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. The biggest issue was a severe ant infestation throughout our room. Ants were everywhere, including on the bed. My wife was bitten multiple times while sleeping and is still suffering from significant itching and discomfort as a result. Housekeeping standards were also very poor. Even after the room was cleaned every other day, the floors remained dusty, with dirt accumulating in corners and along the edges of the room. The hallways and corridors were consistently dirty throughout our entire stay. The laundry was another major problem. The only machine broke down while we were using them, leaving us with heavy, soaking wet clothes. After waiting nearly two hours, we were forced to take our laundry to a neighboring hotel to finish washing and drying our clothes. The gym was also unacceptable. There was no air conditioning, only hot air circulating from fans, making it extremely uncomfortable to exercise. In addition, gym machine was broken and unusable. The outdoor areas were not maintained either. The parking lot was littered with garbage throughout our entire 8-day stay and appeared never to have been cleaned. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we have had. The lack of cleanliness, poor maintenance, broken facilities, and unresolved pest issues made our stay very unpleasant. We would not stay at this hotel again.

Totally scam, everything is third class. What's shown in the images, things were not like that.

Floor os was dirty. It's a shame with a renovated place . They charge for parking and make you sign kf anything happens they are not responsible. So why charge money then ? I have a gold membership with Expedia and asked for a better room location but they didn't have while hotel was empty. Girls at the front desk need to show a better attitude. At least smile and welcome guests we don't bite we pay money to stay. I Travel to Montreal for business every week .but definitely this is not my place I stayed there few time but after this bad experience I would pay more money and go to a better place. Armon plaza next door is one of my favorites.

The property charge us for parking which is ridiculous no other place charges for parking

It was the filthiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in my 60 years of life. I cannot even start to explain how dirty this hotel was. I arrived late and didn’t see how I could change hotels at that time. I slept with my clothes on. I felt unsafe so I put a chair in the door to help me hear if someone would come in. Should be closed down.

si ce n'était pas des nombreuses fourmis présentes sur le plancher et le service a la réception qui lorsqu'on lui fait part du problème, qu'il nous répond que c'est normal d'avoir des fourmis dans notre chambre et que d'autre chambre on été traité et pas la notre. J'aurais aimé plus de compréhension de notre mécontentement

We got a family suite here and it was very spacious and fairly clean in the room. The pool area needed some clean up, there was lots of hair and dirt on the deck around the pool and even fake eye lashes and a bandaid. The kids were excited about the arcade that was near the pool and while a few of the games worked better than half didnt or were missing parts needed to play or just took our money. I was disappointed we had to pay $75 to park our trailer for the night especially considering how empty the parking lot was. The exterior of this hotel nearly made me recind my reservation because it looked so unkempt with trash literally everywhere. I went to grab something from our car and went to use a rear door before I realized the glass was broken. Returning back to the other side door I stepped on a nail that went through my sneaker into my foot. Not a great impression first night. I feel like with some love it could be great but yikes that parking lot wont have me back.

Great for a stay during your layover

Pas de machine à glace, piscine fermé durant mon séjour (du lundi au mercredi), présence de poils/cheveux sur le lavabo et par terre. Pas de déjeuner pour départ avant 6h.
