객실은 깨끗하고 관광하기 좋은 입지이며 직원들이 친절함.. 다만 객실이 다소 좁은 편이며 낡아서 개선이 필요

My stay at the hotel was just amazing. and everyone was so friendly.the location is the best..I walk to all the main attractions and restaurants..I had a great time.

Obwohl das Hotel äußerlich etwas in die Jahre gekommen zu scheint, macht es einen sehr guten Eindruck. Perfekte zentrale Lage, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter und einen reibungslosen Ablauf. WLAN war super und auch das Gym war überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattet. Großer TV und eine vernünftige Ausstattung. Irgendwann müsste mal renoviert werden, aber wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, vielen Dank!

The room was exceptionally clean with great aircon. Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful with any queries we may have had.

Zimmer mit 2 Queensize-Betten. Badezimmer gut aber eher klein mit wenig Abstellfläche. (3 erwachsene Personen).

Very walkable to a Blue Jays game

It’s just a great place to stay and have access to everything in downtown from stadiums and restaurants, for me walkability was a major thing. The staff are nice and helpful.

The room was clean, but extremely outdated - there were not enough outlets on both sides of the bed and one of us had to use the outlet on the other side of the room or share the same outlet on one side of the bed. The bathroom was also outdated with tiles re-fixed many times in certain areas with different color caulk and tools so it made it look badly done. The shower water sprayed everywhere but on your body and there was no other setting to change to. Also the stall door kept dripping water onto the bathroom floor so the small towel mat was always soaked. The staff was helpful, the bed was comfortable and everything else was great but there’s always details that make the stay much better if they were available.

I came over here mainly for a World Cup game , but enjoyed visiting Toronto for first time and added a blue jays game and tour of Cn tower and a day tour of Niagara Falls , a big bonus was visiting my cousin and her kids too. Staying at Hyatt Regency downtown was a good decision because of accessibility to just anywhere that I wanted to go and reach. Great and helpful staff, had fun the whole week of my stay in Toronto and Hyatt 😊

Comfortable and great location!

Amazing staff and hotel. 10 out of 10. We travel a lot, and this location was far and above any place I can think of. Service, food, care, cleaning, and upkeep. Truly amazing and impressive. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Toronto.

Our room came with a defective mini fridge that couldn't cool anything. Adjusting the dial and waiting a few hours did nothing. This should have been a minor inconvenience and a very simple fix. Instead, the hotel staff turned it into a soul crushing journey to a place where things like basic common sense, customer service, and customer experience have gone extinct and no longer exist. To be clear, this fridge, on the coldest setting, and after 4 hours, managed to get maybe 1 degree below room temperature. The staff explained to me the fridge is "supposed to do that" but they would send a tech up to look at it anyways to appease me. The tech arrived almost an hour later. He did not introduce himself but instead just barged into the room, opened the mini fridge door, saw the light come on and said "it works". I had to check in the mirror afterwards to make sure I hadn't sprouted a second head because when I suggested a fridge, which cannot lower the temperature of things, is not in fact "working", he gave me a look like I was from another planet. Anyways, after making my simple-minded suggestion that warm and cold are not the same thing, the tech, without a word, walked over to the room phone, called the front desk, told them the fridge was "fine", told them to "explain to me" that it's fine, and then held the receiver up to me... again, without a word to me! Lots of other options in downtown Toronto. Spend your money elsewhere.

Such a great location for going to a Blue Jays game. The staff were lovely and gave some fish food to my kids to feed the fish. The rooftop pool was fun and has a great vibe. Beds were comfy. Great spot for our family of 4!

Great hotel with nice staff

The room was clean, the staff were attentive and friendly and the hotel amenities were everything I needed. Bonus that they have a sweet rooftop pool.

No complaints!
