Very classy looking hotel, close to many things to do

The hotel was beautiful and in a perfect walkable area of Toronto. The entire staff was always happy and kind.

Our hotel stay was nice and staff were attentive. Rooms were clean and modern and had all the amenities needed. Dining experience was underwhelming. We tried to order room service around 8am for breakfast and were told that the staff and kitchen were too busy to serve us in our rooms so we needed to come down to restaurant for takeout or breakfast in the dining room. Our breakfast dining experience was just ok - the server messed up my order and though we were comped - my meal came late because of the mixup. Our server tried his best but he appeared to be quite overwhelmed and busy even though the restaurant was not full. My companion’s meal was lovely - cooked well and good portions. When my breakfast finally arrived, it was undercooked. The French toast was soggy and boring. I had ordered a side of bacon and ended up getting bacon and sausages which were both undercooked - the sausages looked like hot dogs. Overall, the breakfast experience was underwhelming. The elevators were slow and often full. It seemed like not all of the elevators were working and the hotel was busy. Would recommend this hotel for an overnight stay but don’t bother with dining. Lots of restaurants close by.

Close to the theatre district, so walking was doable. Free water on the Hyatt in the room. Easy check in and Check out. Treated us very well on our anniversary. Excellent staff.

Was staying in a nosy part of the city but the room as clean and the staff were great

Loved everything but the bed and the pillows. Based off of how uncomfortable we were, we're not sure we would stay again. The bed was too firm. One pillow was too firm and the second pillow was too soft. There was also no microwave in our room. Service, and cleanliness was awesome! Beautiful hotel!
