가성비 숙소입니다

이그제커티브 라운지를 이용하도록 예약 되었으나 이크제커티브 라운지는 운영되지 않고 있었으며, 시설이 낡고 관리가 되지 않아 과거 10년을 이용했던 호텔이지만 더 이상은 도저히 사용하고 싶지 않은 호텔

도로변 호텔 카운터 친절

아주 좋습니다. 그런데... 자동차로 호텔에 들어가고 나가는 것이 많이 불편한 것이 좀...ㅠㅠ

I’m very happy for the service

Very disappointed in cleanness of this hotel. The assigned room had lots of hairs from the former guests. Now sure whether the hotel changed bedding by the book.

Newly renovated which is really nice. Unfortunately when i prebooked, the hotel allowed me to select my preferred room but could not accommodate during checkin. Plus the "store" never seems to be open. Very comfortable room

Room was freezing cold and I had my kids with me not comfortable at all

I called and asked about public transportation and person answering phone told me there was a bus to take me across the bridge to the public transportation and THERE WAS NOT. This cost me $108 to get to hotel and $108 to get back; $50 both ways in tolls. Did not have my room with double beds and tried to force me to take a single. Microwave didn’t work and once housekeeping brought it, they didn’t plug it up, just left it on the counter. Counter was chipping and top of walls had water damage. This room he said since they didn’t have mines they upgraded me to the executive suite.

Room was extremely hot, ac unit did not function. System needs updating.

My children and I stayed for two night. After the first night I noticed my 3 kids couching a lot, irritable and very uncomfortable. The morning of checkout I decided to check for anything odd and noticed in the bathroom ceiling over the shower was mold. I brought it to the mangers attention with proof of videos and pictures and she told me to reach out to Hotel.com about my concerns. I will never return.
