전체 평가 및 리뷰 Hilton Clearwater Beach Resort and Spa

The hotel's location is quite advantageous. The beach is just a short stroll away, and shops and restaurants are conveniently situated just across the street. The hotel staff are amiable and obliging. The facilities, though somewhat dated, are maintained in an exceptionally clean condition. The valet parking service is prompt and efficient.

we had a wonderful stay at the hotel. we were not happy with the original room since we booked a Gulf view and they put us on the third floor with the parking lot view so we brought it to their attention and they moved us up to the ninth floor the next day with a partial Gulf view which was sufficient.

I did not appreciate the parking situation. Although I stayed at the Hilton I still had to pay for parking.

The good: Great location. Direct beach access. Good service. The bad: Older building in need of repairs and updates.

Everything was great. Location is awesome. Rooms are OK (a little stinky!). Property is wonderful. However, part of the building collapsed (almost right on us) near the pool entrance. The only other issue we had is that of all the locations in this expansive resort, they do not let you sit on, or provide any tables to sit and eat at unless you are paying at their restaurant. If you stay for multiple days, there will be times you want to eat outside food. We tried sitting at a beach table, and got kicked out. The server told us to go eat it on the couch in the lobby. (which we did) It would be my opinion that having guests sitting in the lobby eating is not only messy, but doesn't look great for guests entering. They would be better off providing seating anywhere on the property to sit, eat and enjoy the beach. There is enough space!

Close to the restaurant and the beach. The AC in the room was running all day and the room temperature still at 78F. Talked to the front desk and they said they will send someone to take a look at. We went out for dinner and when we went back to the room the AC was still running, and room temperature was 76F and because it was loud so we turn it off after 2:00am and open the balcony door.

Loved the hotel and the amenities. The bathrooms in pool area were not clean.

If booking ask for a high floor. We were put on floor 5 above the plant / air con units and the noise was terrible

Nice place

Older hotel , staff was pleasant enough. Room smelled very musty / moldy. Mandatory valet was an extra cost. Beach access was very nice. Disappointed I did not get a true gulf view. I suppose you have to ask for a gulf front view.

Staff were friendly and knowledgeable of their work.

I liked that it was super close to the beach. More of an older resort. Not a higher end resort as I was expecting. Staff there are RUDE it must be the heat, but they are NOT friendly at all. It’s too quiet there was no music playing until late in the afternoon where a guy was playing outside. They charge for everything. Sun cabanas and 2 chairs are $110 each per day and you can’t go buy your own and put it on their property. You have to be in the public beach if so. Alcoholic drinks like a piña colada is $17 each and you can’t get caught bringing your own in or they ask you to trash it. So don’t get caught with it. Food is also overpriced ($18 for 2 street tacos) but good. Other than that it’s ok I’d pay a bit more to stay somewhere else. It is close and walking distance to all the shops and Dunkin’ Donuts and great restaurants. It feels safe around there.
