elevator leaking water I will score this hotel 2stars

Everything was damp, the floor, the beds, the walls, the pillows, the shower, everything

It was ok, all employee was rude except one that’s he is black with braid, he was always on top and offering towels or asking if we needed something, no music on the middle pool, front pool was too cold. Servers needs to be more polite and put a smile on their faces , if they don’t like their job, they need to get another one, were there to relaxed not take everybody attitude. ATM was broke, my granddaughter cross was stolen from the middle pool.

Overall vibe was great as was the main welcome area. The hallways however felt as if the AC was broken and running purely in fan mode. Towels in room had stains on them

Ok nothing like the pictures

Pool area was very dirty. Beer cans and soda cans everywhere. McDonald’s bags at edge of pool with seagulls going after them. 2 dirty pampers next to pool. Food in restaurant was decent but extremely slow service. Took 20 minutes sitting at our table before we finally waved someone down just to ask for menus. Food took a little over an hour to come out. For the high price we expected at least a decent experience. Multiple people smoking cigarettes at pool and around pool area with staff waking by and saying nothing to them.

I liked everything is right there. Beach, pools, just a short drive to other near by restaurants and attractions.

Hotel is on the beach which made it easier with kids. Had three pools which was great if one was crowded we just went to another. Staff was all super friendly and accommodating. The rooms could use some remodeling but they were clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Good amenities but poor conditions of buildings and rooms. Upon arrival we had a problem with drainage on sink and shower tub. The building we stayed in “B” had a very musty smell and although is non smoking, you could smell smoke around us. TV must be the oldest model possible and when traveling with children, TV is a necessity. The hotel has 3 nice swimming pools and two nice restaurants that serve good food.

Staff was very friendly. Property was old and outdated. Many things did not work. We were in Tower B floor 2. The security entrance to our floor was not working and had been removed, the ice machines on floors 1,2 and 3 did not work. Our bathtub drain did not drain and filled up as you showered. It rained 2 days and water came in our windows. Room service was offered but there was no phone in our room to call the desk and there was no luggage rack (valet?) to put the suitcase on. Unfortunately, our room was right over the beach front bar so there was a constant base playing. I wish there had been a warning when booking that this would be the case. The hotel looked nothing like the online pictures.

Although the staff were superior I was very disappointed. The ice machines on several floors were broken. They require guests to wear a plastic bracelet for their entire stay & will charge $20 if you lose the bracelet. I did tell them that is ridiculous to charge $20 for a 10 cent bracelet & they didn’t seem to care. We stayed on the first floor and it felt wet/humid in the floors & sheets. We found an ant in the bed. It’s important to recognize it is on island and bugs can happen but maintenance of bug control should be primary for any indoor environment where people have to sleep. The restaurant staff & cleaning staff were very friendly.

Beach access is super close to the hotel which is pretty awesome. They have free water in the entrance which is refreshing and tasty. Check in/out was fast and smooth

The property definitely needs to be cleaned and upgraded. I was surprised that we had to walk through the lobby, and around 2 pool just to get to our sea view room. The a/c in the foyer of our floor plus the hallway never worked and had a bad smell. We were unable to get fresh linens because the house keeper didn’t understand, so we’re given towels instead. The front and restaurant staff was very sweet, and the food was okay. This was definitely an experience, one I doubt that we will want again.
