전체 평가 및 리뷰 The Westin Hapuna Beach Resort

대체적으로 만족, 서비스는 예상보다는 별루였음. 위치는 다소 북쪽이라 리조트를 벗어나려면 상당한 운전을 예상해야함. 비치 자체는 매우 좋음

아름다운 해변을 가자고 있는 비싼 대형 리조트룰 고려할 때 시설이 너무 오래되었음. 방이 그라운드 플로어 였는데 아침에 주변 공사하는 사람들이 방 앞에 서성이고 방 내부를 보다 눈이 마주쳐서 프론트에 방울 바꿔 달라고 했더니 뮨제가 있눈 것 이해는 하지만 오늘은 빈 스위트룸이 없으니 그냥 있던지 작은 방우로 옮기라고함. 더 항의하니 매니저가 나와서 스위트룸우로 방울 바꿔주는 황당한 알도 있었음. 직원들이 손님에게 좀 더 친절하게 웃으면서 대해주었으면함. 빅아알랜드에 다시 가면 다른 호텔에 숙박할 것 같음.

해변에서의 휴식이 좋음 좋은 파도와 고운 모래사장, 낮은 수심으로 가족 휴식에 좋은 공간 단 현재 중앙 로비 리모델링 공사로 해변 접근이 조금 불편

객실시설 및 해변 접근성이 좋았음 (오아후 시설들보다 훨씬 좋음) 시설은 리조트가 히노베이션 중이라 좀 어수선함 식당 등 리조트내 이용 가능한 서비스가 많이 어수선함 편히 쉬려면 강추

호텔내에서 리조트만 이용하려면 모를까 코나 시내에서 너무 떨어져 있는게 제일 큰 단점이다.

No words to explain how beautiful the stay was.Yes it was expensive.But worth every penny.Hands down my best vacation stay in usa.beautiful ocean views.Relaxing vibes.The restaurants are good.Loved every bit of my vacation,.Will return for sure

The hotel is right on the beach and ground is well kept. Staff very friendly. We got upgraded to a premier room which is spacious. The view is amazing. There is free guest laundry services on site with plenty of detergent available and four washers and four dryers.Read the brochure given while checking in and you will see several perks covered under resort fee like daily snorkel gear for 2 hours free. They also have go pro complimentary rental for 24 hours from the pool desk. However they are hard to come by. Also bring your own micro SD chip to use in the go pro. It is a wonderful place to stay!

There was no patio light. shower head not adjustable. TV remote did not work. no wifi. couch not soft. limited dining options.

This is exactly what a Hawaii vacation should look like! Breathtaking from the moment you set foot in the lobby! 11/10!!

Fantastic staff. Amazing views and facilities. Awesome beach and seperate pools. Great spa. Excellent views. The food varied and excellent.

Great property in a perfect area.

Amazing stay. Everything was outstanding! Pools were amazing. Loved the adult infinity pool, family pool was huge so not crowded, tons of chairs. Good food options, although pricey. We definitely splurged on this stay but it did not disappoint!

The staff were incredible - so friendly and helpful. This was my first time ever staying in a resort like this but they explained everything well and were really attentive. It’s a beautiful property. The dining options felt a little limited when I was there because one of the two restaurants that serve food beyond breakfast was closed and there isn’t much around, although I had a rental car and was able to travel. Also, the resort fee and what it allegedly pays for is disappointing - although I don’t think that’s all on this one property since it’s become standard practice. But for example, they said the resort fee paid for the tote bag and water bottle you receive along with the juice and cold towel and some other items that were just kinda basic. The resort fee isn’t optional but also saying it’s paying for the things that are the least enticing about the stay doesn’t make it easier to pay.

Beautiful lobby. Nice employees. Very expensive, it's Hawai'i of course. But everything adds up so I don't understand why they charge $35 a night for a car rental to be parked there & they have no other things around for uber. Kind of felt slime ball-ish/sleazy to charge to park after we already pay so much for everything else. And a lot of extra "taxes". And all the grab & go employees expect a tip when we literally grabbed our own food and took it to the register. But otherwise a very nice place. Would not recommend staying longer than 4/5 days. We stayed 10 nights and it was too many.
