Hotel was good, but had some serious issues. 1 - no towels at all in the room. (We had to go to the desk to get some because phone was not working). 2 - Most frustrating. The hideaway bed (sofa bed) that was advertised as part of this room, had no bedding at all available. Went to front desk, but was told that there was none available. My 18yr old son slept the first night with no sheets, pillows, or blankets. I am frustrated that I did not receive what was promised for the price I paid. Especially since Springfield has lots of options. Thanks for listening, Ron & Amy Barker

This is my second stay here & enjoy the layout of this hotel. Rooms are clean & we feel safe with the openness of floors. The only thing I would like changed are the pillows- the small pillows are not very comfortable.

Great especially for the price

no fridge or microwave got charged a random $26 after the stay.

The man who checked my family in was absolutely great. He was also the person who gave us towels when we asked at front desk. My wife stated that it seems as if he loved his job.

Unable to check in a couple hours early. A surprise $14 parking charge at checkout. I always applied it should have been posted with better visibility.

The property was great with great service but my check in was for the desk instead of the current date and everything was sold that was a very bad experience with Expedia

Here for a track meet. However, they have the ac locked at 68 and won’t fix it. The beds are hard. Parts of the bathroom have obviously never seen a mop. Breakfast is not included and stupid expensive. Looks like a nice hotel and acts like one, but is mediocre at best.

The stay wasn’t bad. Cleaning service came in the room at 9:30 in the morning without notice.

We stayed 2 nights for the MU Soccer ID Camp. Great location with walking proximity to the university. Friendly and helpful staff. Restaurant food quality and service were excellent for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Our room was clean and fresh. Highly recommend.

Check-in was smooth and the front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, which made for a great first impression. Unfortunately, the rest of the stay didn’t live up to the same standard. For the price paid, I expected better service. Housekeeping did not service my room at all during my 4-day stay—I had to repeatedly call for fresh towels, linen, and to request vacuuming. The air conditioning was also a major issue; the room never got truly cool, which made things uncomfortable during the hot summer days. I wasn’t the only one—other guests mentioned the same problem. On a positive note, the pool area was clean and provided a relaxing space for my family, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. One more thing to note: parking is not included. At $10 per night, I’m glad we didn’t bring a car, but for the overall cost of the stay, parking really should be included. Overall, while there were some good aspects, I don’t feel the experience matched the price. Daily housekeeping should be standard, and the AC issues need to be addressed.

Could not get a room until 4:30 pm and had to take any room as the room we booked would not be ready for at least another hour they said. Lots of people waiting on rooms and staff was short w customers. Some even cancelled reservations booked a new room while waiting The bed sunk to the middle like a V. Stains on the floor in multiple spots. Bath tub was clogged and had to use the hanger to help water down so I could shower after my wife. Over all very poor upkeep on this property

The hotel was clean, staff was friendly, and location was ideal.

The elevator doors could use some repairs but everything else was functioning properly. Comfortable and clean room close to downtown Springfield. Worth the stop.

Property recently added a $13 a night parking fee. Except they don’t take your vehicle information or even ask if you are parking a vehicle. They just assume you are and you pay the fee. Without taking my vehicle information I am at a loss as to what I am paying for. You have no way of knowing which vehicle belongs to a guest, and which doesn’t. So your parking lot is essentially open to the public, but I am the only one paying as a guest? No thank you. The hotel restaurant was also closed the entire time I stayed, which meant their advertisement of room service wasn’t an option. Since my booking included $15 in in room drink expenses, I couldn’t use that added perk. Over all not a pleasant stay, would not recommend.

I liked the facilities in general but there was no phone charging available in the rooms.

Nice clean room very beautiful hotel

We booked two nights with a king bed and pullout couch. My adult son had intentions of giving me the bed, and he would sleep on the couch. The mattress was almost a foot too short all the way around and was literally falling apart. For the 3 hours he got to sleep, my son slept in the chair. We tried to call the service desk to report it, but guess what, our phone didn't work. The only thing good about our stay was the breakfast we ate. $15 each. We'll never stay there again.

I’m requesting for a refund my room had feces coming from the bathroom ceiling and it got all over the floor me and my kids so nasty
