청소는 이틀에 한 번씩 해줘요

아침식사가 좋았습니다

주차장이 좀 떨어져 있지만 하루 10불에 이용잘했다. 모든 관광지가 도보로 가능해서 차가 필요 없었다. 내부는 리뉴얼해서 그런지 생각보다 깨끗하고 신식임.

The location was not good, especially at night. Only a few options of restaurants.

close to many things thats good part of the property, area around the property is not great, too much dirty , no car parking , need to go another kilo meter to park the car, for some reason they didnt clean / change the towels bedsheets for the guests

The location is very convenient and the check-in | check-out were very fast. The only thing we didn't like was an employee at the breakfast on Saturday morning, she was the only female and her name was Frida or Pia. Maybe she was going through a lot or having a bad day but her behavior was extremely unfriendly. We asked her a couple of questions regarding some breakfast items and she was very rude. Plus, at 10:30 am when she was cleaning everything she didn't care about the hotel clients. She was just slamming the breakfast items.

Very nice team Anas at the reception was very welcoming and professional helped as a lot really appreciate him and the management

El hotel y desayuno perfecto lo único malo es el parqueo que no hay en la propiedad y hay que dejar el auto a unas 4 cuadras de distancia

Helpful reception

The team at the reception was extremely helpful and so friendly. The room is clean and the beds are so comfortable. The breakfast buffet is average but includes different opinions. The location is superb, 8-10 min walk to old Montreal. The hotel is next to a metro station.

Staff is very not cooperative at all. It’s a below average hotel.

Breakfast staff do not even wear gloves, they clear dustbins and put food in the area without washing hands. Not at all hygiene, even front desk manager can't do anything about it.

This was my second time staying here but not the last. Easy walk to St Catherine's and the Village.staff is very friendly - including a late checkout today. Cannot wait to come back!
