Friendly staff and relaxed

The hotel needs too be remodeled everything is falling apart inside and out and it smells terrible front desk rude really dirty hotel

Rooms require upgrading and renovations. Old, however relatively clean despite the stained carpeting and chairs. Pillows were nice. Breakfast was good and staff friendly.

Is a lot this won’t hold all the word. First when we came in my son when to use the bathroom and before he got to use it thanks god he saw dry urine on the toilet seat, we when to the front desk and complain and she when to get clean items and clean the seat, this is before we got settle in then when my wife got in the bed the bed sink to the floor she say look the bed sink to the floor i said honey i tried i going to sleep we deal with this in the morning so on my way to the bed next to my wife i step on dog urine that when i got mad and call orbit who we got the booking from they was ok, we told orbit we are leaving to other hotel we can not stay here due my family health, this hotel should be close if i can put photo on this site i would i have photo of the mold in the bath tub and of the bed anf there more my son sofer bed frame was broken he was laying with his leg up we when to hyatt in Mild ford CT. We was charge for the three hours no refund for that day this was at 9:00 to 11:00 more or less I don’t recommend this place at all it should be close and remolded completely starting with cleaning, New bed, oh i all most forget my kids saw bed bugs on the bed sheet. My uncle told me after all our bad night there i should had taking one of the bug and siit them but for one i didn’t know this and if i did i wasn’t going i just wanted a full refund. But this place must be close and a city inspector should go and make a full inspection.

Its close to the parkway

When i make a reservation, it does not tell you which rooms have balconies, so where it says "special requests" that's where i all for a balcony room, i even spoke to the staff when I checked in on Friday. I don't know which rooms to pick that have a balcony and she sympathized with me that im right, it does not say that, she was on the phone with a person who was coming in n asked if they had a pet because they booked a "pet room" but they did not have a pet, that i overheard and she mentioned that as an example, that they do not have it listed what room is what. The room i got these 3 nights looked like no one stayed there for awhile, it was VERY DUSTY, after more than 20+ stays, this room had dingy, disgusting towels; every other room i had stayed in had very fluffy, clean, looking, very white brand new towels, not this room.

I love everything about this hotel, the rooms; great bed, cumfy atmosphere, cleanliness. The pool, jacuzzi and fitness center. I love having a balcony room, it makes my whole stay, it's just nice being able to step into the balcony in the middle of the night n relax with how warm it is outside right now. The only thing that I've noticed this stay and my last stay is the kitchen/breakfest (not the whole staff, one particular woman is so rude, for no reason, but misery loves company so i don't let hey bother me anymore n now I've noticed she's been like that since I've been staying here) the hotel staff and one of the managers that I've met is very nice, helpful, and accommodating. I talk so great about this hotel because not only is it but i've dealt with staff from other hotels and it's just so nice when you're staying somewhere for a couple days and you have a good staff that makes you feel welcomed and comfortable and ready to help you. Highly recommend this hotel 5+ Stars.

Old hotel, noisy, needs updating. Room too hot or too cold. Only every 3 days cleaning unless you ask. Terrible coffee in the room. Breakfast is usual fare, noisy. Would avoid if possible.

This is our favorite hotel in this area! I love it so much! The staff is extremely pleasant and helpful and kind. I love the breakfast in the morning, always incredible. The beds are top notch 👌 always get a great night sleep, I absolutely love the layout of this hotel and this is my go-to hotel!

We would definitely stay here again. The property is well maintained, modern, clean, quiet, 10 minute drive from downtown / Yale’s campus, free breakfast is good, indoor pool area was neat and clean. Only problem was the ice machine on the 3rd floor wasn’t working during our two night stay so we needed to go down one floor to get ice. Overall a great experience!

Rundown property

No AC RUDE SUPERVISOR SMELLED OF MILDEW. THE EXPERIENCE WAS HORRIBLE I DIDNT STAY THERE ! Wouldn’t recommend the hotel to Anyone!!

The hotel was over booked and the lady at the front desk had an attitude about it even though it wasn’t my fault.

Nice stay

Although a bit outdated, the rooms were comfortable and clean and it was very quiet for a hotel right off the parkway. Hallways were warm, but rooms cooled off nice. A good "value" hotel.

Charge me $200 for a night; Tv didn’t work. Informed manager, they refund me $20. Lol could have kept it.
