We did not eat the breakfast because it closed at 9:30 am to early.

Extremely unclean, especially the bathroom. It was obviously not vacuumed, and all the furniture was extremely dirty. Thankfully the sheets seemed clean. Of the 3 ceiling lights, only 1 worked, needed to use a phone flashlight in the evenings; one of the doors was also barely intact in the room. Would not return.

the property is not maintained, needs painting etc, old sofa should go to garbage

Room was a good size. We were right by the set of stairs and when people were travellinb the stairs, our room literally would feel like it's shaking and it was Making a loud noise. The pullout couch (bed) wouldn't work so I had to sleep on the hard couch itself.

Took over 30 minutes to check in. Hotel was dirty , outdated, just 1 towel and washcloth in bathroom. Only stayed there case all other hotels where booked. I should of driven back home

Some staff were ignorant, room was not cleaned the best. Found a use tissue on the chair in the room. Door cards stopped working 3 times. They had no towels from the pool and I ask for extra towels for my room and they did not bring any after telling me they would. The gym is run down. 2 machines were broken and they're free weights are all rusty..

Tout etait propre et le personnel super et ce qui ma déplu le bruit, les enfants qui jouaient au hockey dans le couloir de très de bonheur le matin, ce n’est pas une place à jouer de bonheur le matin après 10 heures jusqu’à 8 heures le soir serait ok quand tu voyages tu aimes pouvoir te reposer .

The back parking lot is atrocious. Kids in the morning banging on the halls indoors and on my door playing mini mini-sticks… bed and pillows were great

The cleaning staff were the BEST and most informative and helpful. The desk clerks were not overly helpful or knowledgeable it seemed. There was big confusion on our check in which resulted in changing rooms, then our key cards wouldn't work, which resulted in alot of lost time and many footsteps back and forth... sat on hold for over 10mins and finally just walked back yet again to main lobby to find absolutely noone there so if wasn't like they were busy with ppl to not be able to answer my question. We ended up being late for our event that we had tickets for at the casino and overall would not probably go back to there or next event.

Rooms and overall hotel vand a very clean, free breakfast was very good

The Staff were attentive. We even had their cleaning staff straighten out and clean our room. We left them a tip as we checked out. The Breakfast was plentiful and the rugs in the hall were nicely maintained. The Pool was a little on the cool side, we fondly remember it being slightly warmer. Not bad for a 2 night stay.

Breakfast was disgraceful eggs that taste like they were boiled In butter, sausages not cooked and soggie hashbrowns. Staff was great. Couldn’t ask for better staff. Bed was worn out and had to lay in a groove not pleased. Room was clean.

The room that we got was fantastic, and a big one as well. I really loved it. It was clean, we had an amazing stay. The only thing was we had to wait an hour before we could check in. And we didnt get any compensated for that. But the were amazing and very accomodating. The breakfast as always was great.

Excellent service from check in to check out. Breakfast is included. Has a bar , lounge restaurant on site . Rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean . Lots of parking room . Overall I would recommend for business, or pleasure best value for your money .
