유니버설스튜디오를 가기에 최적의 장소라고, 전체적인 호텔분위기도 좋아요~~ 단 엘리베이터 대기시간이 좀 긴 게 단점이에요~

The property was very nice, amenities are great and areas are clean. The hotel itself is very quiet so not hard to get a good nights sleep in. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The decor is a throw back to the 60s an d 70s which give it a great vibe. Staff and cleanliness are wonderful.

Very close to universal. Lovely pool area with movies around the pool. Only down side is $100 a night deposit when staying there but this does get refunded

It was a very clean room and we enjoyed the pool and bar. although we did not eat at the restaurant during this stay it looked like it would have been a good choice if we did.

Nicely renovated historic hotel close to all the Hollywood attractions.

Everything was perfect, if you wondering about where to stay when you are going to universal, just go there, people are amazing

Air conditoner not working. Walls were concrete. Looked like they had remodled the garage to make room. My room was a remodled garage. Noisy, and rude clientele.

They were great and took great care of us.

Staff is always super friendly. Great drinks. Love the street tacos. Always like the decor. Love that the Front Porch is right there and it’s rare that we have to wait very long. It’s my “go to” hotel when we go to Universal Studios.

The property leaned into the vintage theme and the decor was representative of that. There was a cute hotel boutique and parking spots were fairly easy to find. The additional fees and taxes will definitely add up and the staff did not charge the correct room rate which took much longer than I thought it should to resolve. I’m hoping it will be reflected on my credit card soon.
