호텔은 전반적으로 깨끗하고 직원들은 친절합니다. 로비나 식당은 서재 분위기로서 가정집 같고 편안합니다. 조식이 27유로인것은 타호텔에 비해 비싼 편입니다. 파리시내 호텔이 워낙 비싸다고 하니 숙박료는 적정한지 모르겠으나, 서울보다 훨씬 비쌉니다. 무엇보다 호텔 내부사진은 홍보용으로 잘 찍은 사진이니 이 사진만큼 하지 못하다는 점을 이해해야 합니다.

This was absolutely the best hotel to stay in Paris. Just start with the staff was extremely friendly, polite, and helpful. Hotel was beautiful and clean. Everything was essentially located in walk-in distance. The food was exquisite the room service exceptional. I can say enough about this hotel. I would stay here again without any thought about any other hotel. The concierge was especially helpful and kind and polite.

Perfect location.close to everything. Staff is extremely helpful..great breakfast buffet.

Was a great home base for our visit to Paris. The Saint Germaine Neighborhood was full of people and restaurants that made daily walks enjoyable.

This hotel is a true gem! The location is superb—tucked away on a quiet street, yet just steps from wonderful attractions, cafes, restaurants, and shops. The neighborhood has a lot of great local character. The hotel staff is highly professional, warm, and incredibly helpful; I honestly can’t say enough good things about them. The property itself is spotless, and the room was a nice retreat with a very comfortable bed, quality linens, and fluffy towels and robes. It has all the conveniences of a 5-star hotel. I can’t comment on their food, as we preferred exploring the many nearby cafes, but everything else exceeded expectations. Highly recommended! If I am in Paris again, this is where I plan to stay.

My only disappointment was the breakfast. It was ikay but not noyable like yhe rest of Hotel Bel Ami.

Excelente hotel, no coração de Saint-Germant. Já havia me hospedado lá algumas vezes e pude constatar que continua sendo uma ótima opção para quem deseja ficar naquela região de Paris. Quartos confortáveis e staff atencioso.

We chose the hotel for its location and we consulted the ratings. Unfotunately, the room was very small (the right side of bed was almost inaccessible as there was a brown table next to it) and in a desparate need of renovation. We booked a double bed, but ended having a two separate beds put together. There were no usb charging points in the room, but the hotel provided adapters on request. We made a few requests (extra hangers, mens care kit and some glasses that were taken from our room) which were only answered after a several requests to a several different members of staff. We were recommended by the reception staff to address all our inquiries to very knowledgable concierge, which we did, but our inquiry remained unanswered. So, overall a very disappointing experience, particularly as the hotel advertises as 5 star hotel.
