We came here for our wedding night and they made us feel so special 💞 it was amazing the breakfast was awesome and it was clean and great location

Great clean and spacious room. Friendly and kind staff, Specially Gustavo at the front desk. He made our stay and the check-in very easy and fast. We had a flat tire and he helped us to find an open garage service on time. He was very friendly, kind and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and we loved the coffee and tea table, you can have it at any time. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. Overall we had an amazing family time. We all loved the hotel. We will come back for sure.

Everything was fine.

Stayed only one Friday night which subsequently affected the price as we departed on the Saturday (weekend). The hotel was apparently full with two youth sports groups, the type of events quite common in this hotel on weekends, according to staff. Our stay was comfortable and quiet during the night. We have no issues or complaints with the operation of the hotel and will stay there again but not on a weekend or any part thereof. The breakfast was adequate and under normal (weekday) acceptable. Our experience however was marred by unruly and noisy youths occupying the breakfast area located off the lobby. This was no fault of the hotel staff, some of whom were trying to exercise some control. Some of the parents of these future citizens appeared oblivious to their offspring's vocally loud and uncontrolled monopoly of items such as the waffle maker. They themselves were enjoying animated conversations in adult groups. As stated, apparently oblivious. One concerning event to my wife and I was when our elevator door opened to disclose two pre-teen girls (8 to 10) sitting in the corner apparently riding between floors. No adults in sight. A dangerous activity in today's world. Apart from this, we enjoyed our stay and will return.

Breakfast offerings were sparse on fresh fruit.

Everything was perfect but in the corridor some school teenagers spoke loudly ,running and horseplay. It really bother me.

We had a great stay at this hotel! Big Rand clean room. Microwave is a plus! Hot drinks 2/47 in the lobby. Big swimming pool and my son was happy there was a basketball area. Restaurant connected to the hotel had great meals! 20mins away from Niagara Falls!
