I came to this 4-star hotel in Venice with high expectations for a family trip, but the customer service was terribly disappointing. I'm not sure if it was racial discrimination, but the first impression at the front desk was extremely unfriendly. It seemed like several people were working, but because of one individual, my impression of this hotel is memorably unfavorable. Apart from the location and transportation, there doesn't seem to be anything good about it. It could have been a perfect trip if not for the hotel; it's quite regrettable. 가족 여행으로 베니스에 대한 큰 기대로 4성 호텔이라 해서 오게 되었는데 고객 서비스는 너무 별로였습니다. 인종 차별인지 모르겠지만 프론트 데스크에서의 첫 인상은 너무 불친절 했습니다. 여러명이 근무를 하시는거 같지만 그분들중 한분땜에 이 호텔에 대한 인상은 기억에 남을 정도로 좋지 않습니다. 위치와 교통 이외에는 좋은게 하나도 없어 보이네요. 정말 호텔만 아니였으면 완벽한 여행이 될수 있었는데 많이 아쉬움이 남는 여행이네요.

근처 관광지와 가깝고 편리합니다. 서비스도 친절하구요.

We stayed this hotel for easy access to Plaza. Very easy to access to Plaza. Old equippment but clear and nicely managed. Internet access is satisfactory. In comparision with other italian hotel, access speed was fast and stable. Morning buffet is good as an italian style food.

베니스안에 있어서 다니기 편하다는 장점이외에는 다른 점은 없음. 워터택시로 오면 80-90유로 필요함.

역과 멀어서 캐리어를 들고 찾아가기 어렵습니다. 호텔 자체는 괜찮습니다. 호텔에서 무라노 섬으로 가는 편도 수상 택시를 제공합니다만, 그것을 타고 간다면 호텔과 연계된 유리공예 공장에서 구경하고 구입하기를 은연중에 강요당하는게 별로였습니다. 차라리 수상버스를 타고 무라노 섬을 구경하는게 좋을 것 같습니다.

Bon hôtel à proximité de toutes les attractions de Venise. Dommage que le petit-déjeuner soit bas de gamme.

Pleasant staff, good location.

Séjour top. Petit bémol, le petit déjeuner gagnerait à s’étoffer un peu.

Hôtel idéalement situé. Personnel accueillant. Tout était parfait.

No air conditioning! So hot! The room never cooled off. Couldn’t keep windows open due to risk of birds getting in the room. Lowest bed I’ve ever experienced. Staff was great. Water taxi pickup on checkout day was great! Private transportation services can’t use their dock, only companies the hotel arranges. Breakfast hours started late for tourist with early tours.

Breakfast was nice, staff was nice but not overly welcoming. Room was very small, but adequate. Water taxi access at hotel door was very convenient and reason for booking.

Grumpy staff. Overpriced Room shabby, grubby, paint peeling in bathroom, no king bed, just 2 thin mattresses pushed together. Photograph’s on hotel’s website deceptive! Definitely NOT a 4 * hotel.

Ganske bra. Begrenset med såper og kremer i dusjen, og dusjen har ingen sperring, så mye vann lander på badegulvet. Ellers bra.

My stay in Venice was very pleasant, and this hotel was the cherry on top. Everything was great: cleanliness, service, breakfast, and decor.
