많은 5성급 호텔중에서도 자허는 달랐다. 서비스의 세심함이 굉장히 편안한 느낌을 주었다. 직원들의 친절이 과하지도 덜하지도않고 딱 필요할때 적절히 해준다는게 좋았다. 방은 조금 좁지만 뷰가 너무도 훌륭했고, 화장실도 넓고 편리. 조식은 가짓수가 많지않아도 하나하나 퀄리티가 좋았고 디저트로 자허 토르테가 있다. 다음엔 이틀정도 느긋하게 묵고싶다. 아름다운 호텔.

I've been to some famous hotels in Europe, but this is really the best hotel among them. If you travel to Austria, please stay at Zaher Hotel. It's not a cheap price, but it will be a choice without regrets.

The attention to detail and commitment to service excellence truly set Hotel Salzburg apart. The hotel itself exuded opulence, with tastefully decorated rooms and elegant common areas. The atmosphere was serene, making it an ideal retreat for a relaxing getaway. The amenities, for the most part, were impressive, contributing to the overall luxurious feel of the stay. However, it's worth noting that there were a few drawbacks that slightly marred an otherwise flawless experience. The limitations of the pool facilities were noticeable, especially when compared to other hotels of similar name and value. Additionally, during the evening turndown service, there were a few minor cleaning oversights that, while not egregious, were unexpected in a hotel of this caliber. Despite these minor hiccups, I must emphasize that everything else about my stay at Hotel Salzburg was perfect. The staff's commitment to providing a world-class experience overshadowed any shortcomings in amenities.

잘츠부르크의 최고의 호텔이었습니다. 장소 및 서비스등은 타 호텔과 비교대상이 아닙니다.

전반적인 면에서 훌륭해요. 쉬는 것에도 부족함이 없고 시내로 접근성도 좋습니다. 아쉬움이 있다면 스태프 모두 매우 친절하고 전문적이었는데, 체크아웃 할 때 차에 짐 실어주신 두 분 중에 젊은 분이 다소 교육이 덜 된 것 같아요.

비엔나에서 묵었던 호텔의 아침 조식과 비용이 거의 비슷했으나 조식이 너무도 훌륭하였습니다. 호텔 분위기가 약간 귀족들이 머무는 곳 같기도 하고 너무 조용하여 부담되는 면도 있었으나 직원들의 환대가 매우 훌륭하여 다시 방문하고 싶습니다. 벨보이 분들이 특히나 어린 두 딸아이를 공주님같이 이뻐해 주면서 다시 방문할 것을 기대한다고 하여 감동하였습니다. 잘츠부르크를 방문한다면 꼭 다시 이용하고 싶습니다.

Overall service of the hotel was fine. However, I don't want to recommand this hotel. I missed sound of music tour because one of staffs inform us to the wrong time to ride a bus. The hotel did not give me sincere apology to us. Although I got refund, I was quite messed up because it was our honeymoon..

center of the city, good location kind staff best place to rest

새로 리모델링을 하여 방에서 약간의 페인트 냄새가 난것이 약간 아쉬웠지만 전체적인 서비스와 실내 인테리어 모두 만족스러웠습니다.

친절한 직원들과 아늑하고 깨끗한 객실 덕분에 짤츠부르크 여행이 더 즐거웠어요:) 다시 가더라도 호텔 자허로 가고 싶네요

Comfortable, but house-keeping service is not so good.

시내와의 위치도 가까워서 너무 좋고 (도보로 약5-10분) 너무 친절하고 호텔 청결도 또한 매우 좋습니다.

great location, nothing better except breakfast not included

This hotel clearly shows what is the level of 5-star hotel. Rooms were spacious and tidy with very welcoming gifts of chocolettes and fruits. Front desk staffs were very helpful including kind booking services for out door activites. Sports rooms were extremely well conditioned with almost perfect service level. Breakfast was excellent. Location is also very good for any kinds of activites in Salzburg.

너무 좋았어요~ 가격만큼 객실도 좋고 서비스도 좋고 기대했던 것 보다 더 좋았어요~

Very beutiful. Kind and helpful staff except one person in the front who keeps me waiting for almost ten munites while talking with other guests in german. (Another staff said sorry to me!) View is great. Even in city view,you can see the beutiful mountain and hear the church bell. Single room is pretty small but decorated in the pretty way. Welcome water, fruit and chocolate were happy surprise.

위치가 편리해 가장 좋았던것 같다. 서비스는 5성급에 맞는 서비스였다. 하지만 동양인에게 하는것과 서양인들에게 하는것과는 차이가 있었다. 서양인에게는 좀더 친절하고 웃으면서 대하는것과 달리 사무적인 서비스로 대하는 모습에 실망스러웠다. 음식은 괜찮은 수준이었다.

객실은 컸으나, 욕실이 너무 작아서 답답할 정도임..위치는 아주 훌륭함.
