They were remodeling it was awful

It was disgusting. There were stains in the furniture and on the pillow cases. I'm greatful we brought our own pillows. The hallways were so hot and humid and the consteuction noise was horrid. No one warned us there would be construction going on. The main lobby is closed and they greet you in the back door. They served breakfast in a laundry room. The bed sheets didnt even fit the king sized bed they had in the room

Hotel was undergoing a major renovation. In order to get better, things need to be a little messy and scrunched. The Breakfast was minimal compared to a breakfast you'd expect at Hampton Inn, but it worked for 1 morning. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the hotel was in a great location. I'm sure the hotel will be even better after their remodel is complete.

Not notified when booking about construction, was not notified about not getting the option of a hot breakfast. Parking was difficult due to closed off areas of the parking lot for construction.

Hotel under major remodel. Had to enter from back. Very limited parking. Water was off for a period of time. Loud noise from the remodel. Breakfast served in the laundry room and warmed up prepared sandwiches. Room was very worn, carpet, old dusty furniture. Microwave didn't work in room.

They are doing a remodel on the property so the breakfast wasn’t what we normally expected but there was some items

Very nice hotel. Initially had a room with a musty smell but moved rooms. The staff aims to please. Great breakfast offerings.

Nice place. Located close to everything

Dated. Easy to find. Easy to park. Right on the strip. Breakfast was typical. Automatic door on backside first floor slammed every time it opened.

Needed a one night stay in Branson. This is on the main road but you can avoid much of the congestion. Friendly and clean. Loud children in the room next door but can’t blame that on the hotel.

forgot our clothes in the closet--Brandon and housekeeping to the rescue--they called us and arrangements were made to get our clothes back to us--you guys are the best

This is an amazing property. Excellent location. Michelle at the front desk was very cordial and welcoming. Extremely clean. OUTSTANDING breakfast.

It was nice but the toilet stools were very short and difficult for older users, long legged people, or people with knee or hip replacements

very friendly staff, clean & quiet

Everything was great except one night the fire alarm went off at 2am.
