Nice stay. But water service was just for first day. And some staffs are not nice to asian. They didn’t say hello to me in the morning. They just say hello other people next to me. I thought they ignored me.

Close to every touristy place in Milan. Walking to Duomo takes about 10 minutes. Breakfast was wonderful.

현대적인 호텔은 아니지만 관리가 매우 잘 되어있는 호텔입니다. 특히 침구류의 청소상태가 마음에 들었습니다.

Bra beliggenhet. Hyggelig personale. God frokost, spesielt god laks og appelsinjuice. Av og til fullt i frokostsalen, men ikke mange minutter å vente. Tynne vegger mellom rommene, ble vekket kl 02 av samtale på naborommet. Vaskedamen ladet mobilen sin med min mobillader mens hun gjorde rent. Litt svak hårføner.

Duvet had stains on it and minibar prices are so high that they are just dishonest at this point

We had a flight cancellation. Hotel would not budge in giving us any relief. Two rooms

Staff was great and helpful. Didn’t go to spa. Location was great. Was a tiny bit noisy. But nothing bad. Not a fan of the half shower door. Gets floor wet. But that’s minor.

Zimmer sauber, angenehm, gemütliches Bett. Alles top!

Nettes Personal, saubere Zimmer, Frühstück ok. Bar wurde extra nochmals geöffnet nach Mitternacht für uns…. was nicht selbstverständlich ist.

Staff was mixed, some very helpful… others not so much. I was traveling with a friend and had confirmed by email twice to ensure two beds in our room… only to be told I hadn’t asked. Upon a further look into my confirmation my emails were found, but only after my persistence. The error was fixed and we changed rooms. The restaurant staff and bar staff were lovely. The bartender even made us a sandwich when we told him we hadn’t had dinner and the restaurant was closed.

Very modern rooms, mood lighting, great toiletries tea coffee ,robes etc.good bar off lobby with nice small meals, not cheap but 15 min walk to duomo.
