Beautiful hotel - very well maintained. Gorgeous sitting areas in the lobby. Cozy bar. So much charm! Lovely area, walkable to all the best of Hamburg. Staff was very accommodating.

Beautiful hotel inside and out. Definitely get the grand entrance feel throughout. Rooms were beautifully decorated, clean and quiet.

Hervorragende Aussicht, saubere Zimmer, gut isolierte Fenster kein Straßenlärm zu hören. Badezimmer mit Fußbodenheizung, Betten sehr bequem.

Sehr schönes Hotel, wundervoller Service und hervorragendes Frühstück.

Beautiful hotel - great location. You will not regret staying here. Beds are so comfortable, even the add on bed for third person. Nothing was to much trouble.

Es war wirklich alles vom Feinsten, das ganze Setting ist nicht zu toppen, wobei das Personal den 6.Stern verdient hätte. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall sehr gerne wieder.
