The shower curtains smelled a bit, but they were kind and relaxed!

Sheets had stains on it, shower curtain had questionable stains on it aswell, pool was closed. No water in vending machine.

Clean room

Overall it does not meet the standards we had come to expect from sandman after staying at several different sandman hotels.

Excellent service and prefer to stay. Good service.

The staff are always professional and beyond caring. They are literally there to do anything they can to make your stay better. I have to single out Louisa. She, as usual is amazing..

We went in during a peak season, but that did not hinder anything we needed. Good Service!

Pool not clean

Staff helped us find our room.So far its clean but I can smell that there is a smell.Swimming pool on our building is not working so we didn’t used any facilities..

Room was clean

Rooms carpet was greasy at some areas. Staffs were helpful and nice.

The room was clean and smelled fresh. The parking was easy to access and I enjoyed the view of the mountains from the parking lot. The front desk staff was incredible, especially when dealing with a difficult patron which we witnessed while trying to check in.

Non smoking room smelled like an ashtray. People were smoking non stop outside our door right beside the no smoking sign (no smoking was never enforced). Pool deck was very gross, stepped in a mushy brown “puddle” don’t want to know what it was

Only 1 pool and hot tub in working order.

It was okay staying room was clean but the stains over the walls

Location and rooms were good we had couple of bookings and it was good experience overall just one room had AC not working g properly, and there was little odour coming from so thing in the room although the room was good, spacious and clean bathroom

Everything was a bit on the run down side. My microwave kept locking everytime I used it. Carpets needed vacuuming, and hot tub was cold on Friday.

We started to get very sick because of a very strong chemical coming from the laundry room
