Front dest is not kind. Swimming pool ends at 10 p.m. wich is great!

Hotel has good location but room is not very clean and smelled cigarettes in my room at that time. And I think hotel shoud take care of drain problem of the washroom.

접근성도 좋고 넓고 깨끗한 숙소에 만족했음.

2박3일 가족여행입니다. #좋은점# 내부에 주방이 있어 간단한 음식 조리 할 수 있어 좋았습니다. 걸어서 10분 거리에 Sobeys가 있어 물건 구하기도 쉽고. 시내 관광 명소도 모두 도보이동이 가능한 좋은 위치입니다. 주차 편하고 강아지 동반이 가능합니다. #부족한점# 시설은 평범한 수준입니다. 욕실 어매니티는 없구요. 오래된 호텔이라 냄새에 민감하신분은 향초 하나 가져가시면 좋을듯.

주차비가 2일 67불로 비싸며. 화장실도 객실은 2개인데 하나밖에 없어 불편했음.

가격대비 아주 만족스러웠습니다~~ 수영장에 체육실도 좋았구요 ㅎ 아침 조식이 포함되어 있지 않아서 그게 좀 아쉬움 !!

It was a very nice clean place very acceptable to every place. You could go to the parliament films to some of the museums all close by nice walking distance. Ideal I took three grandchildren with me and myself it was that it was perfect

Room was new refurbished clean well equipped. Beds were somewhat comfortable pillows not so much. Air conditioner very loud. Would stay again good location. Nice staff

The decor is dated but it is a clean, well run hotel. Secure parking is expensive but a bonus

Hotel was fine for our needs. Room was dated but most importantly clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great location! Underground parking was convenient. As good as the hotel was, the attached bar/restaurant wasn’t at all welcoming. It was around dinner time and the place was empty. The server was put out to have us there. There weren’t any tvs or music playing. Just a dead, lousy vibe… Luckily there are other much better options nearby. We would stay there again and skip the bar/restaurant.

The hotel is in a great location with big rooms and a kitchen. It was clean but is dated.

Fantastic location right close to all the sights you want to see in Ottawa. The rooms are quite dated, very clearly renovated in the early 90s, but it adds to tye character. Great value for the price with each room having the kitchenette.

The room was fine other than the lack of outlets to plug chargers in. No USB outlets, and most outlets hidden behind furniture. The restaurant was advertised as Breakfast Lunch and Dinner. Never saw it opened for breakfast.
