Great breakfast. Below average air conditioning. Very late check in (3am)because of very delayed flight. Closed bathroom door so room could cool down faster. Locked from the inside even without turning pin. Tried door at 7am for number one when I realized it was locked. Front desk didn’t have key. Service guy came promptly with jackknife, butter knife and a card & opened it. Note to self: avoid travel during heatwaves. Or check in early enough to cool down room. Don’t select hotel because back in the day it was the bomb. Again excellent breakfast covers a multitude of sins.

The bathroom fixtures are in need of an upgrade, otherwise the hotel is located close to everything, the room are silent, clean, and the A/C keeps the room comfortable even with 100 to 105 degrees outside temperature.

Tuvimos un pequeño problema con el minisplit de nuestro cuarto, no aventaba aire helado; pero el personal del hotel nos ayudo dandonos un cuarto nuevo sin problema en cuanto les mencionamos el problema. Fueron muy amables y atentos a cualquier queja. Definitivamente vale la pena quedarse aqui.

Todo estaba muy bien, pero la alberca estaba verde el agua y tenía mal olor. Fuera de eso, excelente servicio.

Excelente experiencia con el Hotel Sicomoro. El servicio fue muy bueno, las instalaciones estuvieron a la altura de nuestras expectativas y todo el proceso se desarrolló de manera profesional. Destaco especialmente la atención administrativa, ya que la facturación fue emitida en tiempo y forma, facilitando nuestros procesos internos. Sin duda, una opción altamente recomendable para hospedarse en Chihuahua.

Muy buen servicio

I haven’t been there since 84 so it looks in good condition but ran down. It needs upgrades, the rooms are as basic as it gets. No side lamps or any decorations. There is lack of interest from owners to remodel it and upgrade it. It’s in a great central location but is not anymore what it use to be a luxury hotel, owners just let it be. Rooms smell humidity, carpets have pain stains, bathroom has some mold in the showers, broken pieces in few places in the bathroom. It’s old period. It’s a shame because is located in San Felipe and it could be better. The price is right and fair for what it is now. Safe, clean, wonderful staff. I would like to see it better. Location is great. Owners need to put more effort and invest on it. Yes is a family basic 2/3 star hotel. Low cost. But, could be better.

Gran estacionamiento , muchas felicidades al personal atento , el desayuno muy bien recomendado, habitación si esta limpia si lo recomiendo , alberca poco tiempo pero esta bien

Pésimas condiciones del lugar, sucio, sábanas viejas y manchadas, paredes y techos manchados, personal muy indiferente, ridículas medidas de seguridad, baño con cerámica quebrada. Muy mala experiencia!

The staff was very nice. The breakfast can use some update. Not a lot of variety.
