A PERFECT STAY IN ANACAPRI. It was our honeymoon trip to Southern park of Italy and we had already stayed in Positano for two nights and it was perfect. However, the moment of ferry arrival at the Capri port, surprise awaits you from the hotel's complimentary pick-up service in a Mercedes van. The hotel has a very large property at the top of the Anacapri region, which enables a magnificent ocean view, nothing comes in your way. With this large property, the owner and staff are very proud of the fact that they own a garden, and the veggies and fruits you are provided with at this hotel is simply so fresh and home-grown. We were lucky to say hi to the owner himself, who was also kindly welcoming. We were upgraded to a Junior Suite Sea View, which was located right next to the main building and we loved it as it was so much more private. Hotel is also not too far from the center of the Anacapri main street, which takes about 5-10 minute easy walk. The view, the facility, the staff, and THE BREATH-TAKING INFINITY POOL, the breakfast, etc, everything was an absolute perfection. The dinner at the restaurant by the pool watching the sunset was also incredible, not that you might want to make an early reservation for a special outdoor spot for a better sunset view. Can't say enough about this hotel, nothing is unsatisfying. Everything will be more than what you expect, this place is just a must-go. You will NOT regret a tiny bit.

Great spot

Beautiful hotel with AMAZING views and luxurious feel from the moment you arrive. Customer service was top notch the entire time starting with pick up and transfer from the port and return on our departure. It was lovely to be greeted by Francesco , son of the owner with such a warm welcome when we arrived at the hotel. We also were given an upgraded room which was so wonderful and appreciated. We loved our 2 nights so much we extended to 4. Lunch and dinner at the hotel were outstanding for service, ambience and food. Pool area and grounds were lovely including the massive garden where they grow and use all the vegetables and herbs in the restaurant. We definitely enjoyed celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary at this hotel and would highly recommend. Grazie mille Francesco and your team💕

Incredible hotel, very friendly staff, view, food all amazing

A wonderful hotel with breathtaking views. The staff are super friendly and go out of their way to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible. The rooms are beautiful as well serviced twice daily. The only downside is if you want to go to capri main square a 7-min taxi ride is 25 Euros each way.

We’d never been to capri before. We fretted about the hotel choices. Visited them all - we made the right choice. Town is still full of day trippers … couldn’t stand it albeit less than in prime summer months. Our hotel was perfect. Best views ; best pool, quiet. Food was very good. Would stay here over all we saw. Certainly would stay here over the capri palace which is down the road.

It has been an amazing property for nearly a decade. Continues to be. Amazing doesn't sum it up. Pricey, but well worth the stay. I hope to be back soon.

Perfection

This may be the most beautiful property I have ever stayed at. We enjoyed our terrace in the evening and had room service for breakfast one morning to enjoy breakfast on the terrace. The staff is very attentive. The Ana Capri shopping area was a 5 minute walk from the hotel. It was great being whisked away by the hotel shuttle from the hectic ferry marina. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Most breathtaking views imaginable! Staff was amazing. Not a better hotel option on the island. That said, if you’re price sensitive, this ain’t your place

This is a beautiful hotel with stunning views. It is extremely peaceful and quiet with helpful staff. The pool overlooks the ocean and all you see is blue. The food is exceptional. The breakfast service is delicious. We have been here six times over the years as it is always an amazing experience.

Amazing!! Felt like home and One of the best sunset spots on the island

Despite the incredible view of the hotel, we were disappointed. I believe the qualities of the pool, rooms and building don’t justify its price. We were very disappointed with the service of the concierge. They charged a very abusive price to book a ride from the port in Napoli to the airport. Also, every time you need to go to center of Capri, you need to wait and pay for a taxi (50 euros, each visit, and generally, it’s usual to go twice a day). BTW, I had a very bad experience with the concierge while I was waiting for a taxi.
