Great location for easy access into the city without being dead-centre. Lovely staff who offered to send a piece of clothing I'd left behind and offered suggestions on our trip. Good pool on top as well which is heated and offered great views

Great stay. Hotel was very comfortable and provided good space to relax. Roof bar and pool were great.

Second stay at this beautiful property! Lovely rooftop breakfast each day and on a quiet street. Convenient to the train station - about a 10-15 minute walk and 20-30 minute taxi to airport. Historical area is walkable or a short taxi away.

Fint och rent hotell. Bodde i Superier room med balkong och rummet var rymligt och jättefint. Bra frukost, bra lugnt läge och mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Stor rymlig terrass med utsikt över Florens

This was our family's 4th stay at this property. Great view from the rooftop deck, excellent rooms, staff is extremely attentive. Excellent location just off the Arno River near the US Consulate which is one block away. Located in a quiet section of the city, but within an easy walk to all, Uffizi, Boboli, Pitti Palace, Il Duomo, leather market, Central Market and Santa Maria Train Station. Look forward to our next return to Florence and the Kraft.

Alles super, Parkdie St. kostet je nach Wagen Größe unterschiedlich. Mittelgroßer SUV 35€ großer Wagen z.B.. XC90, X7 40€ pro Nacht. Wagen wird am Hotel abgegeben und von einem Subunternehmen ins nahegelegene Parkhaus Excelsior gefahren. Frühstück ist klein aber alles was man sich wünscht erhältlich. Für Veganer kaum Auswahl. Es gibt eine Pan Cake Maschine und fast alle Arten von Frühstückseier, gepaart von einem hervorragenden Ausblick auf die Altstadt von Florence und tollem flinkem Service. Das Frühstück hat uns je 20€ pro Person pro Tag gekostet. Die Kinder wurden halb berechnet. Einzig negative war, das unser Zimmer sehr hellhörig war und wir die Wasserleitungen der Nachbarn und auch diese selbst hörten. Und dass, wenn man am Pool liegt, die Küchenlüftung zu riechen war, war nicht sehr angenehm. Ansonsten alles sehr zu empfehlen.

Garage ist überteuert

Absolutely gorgeous hotel. The west was great and we enjoyed our stay fully. The swimming pool is heated and water was really warm inside. Comfortable room with a beautiful balcony, comfy mattress and a great breakfast.

Nice, comfortable hotel in a convenient location to the main city sights. Onsite restaurant was very good. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Beauftiful rooftop view

A fantastic property with big room and excellent customer service. Breakfast was outstanding as was the coffee! Location was about 10minute walk along the river to the main area of Florence

Très belle hôtel mais les murs sont en carton. On entend le bruit des autres chambres. Bruits de pas, parler etc. Si le bruit vous dérange pas c’est très bien

Mooi uitzicht vanuit het dak van het hotel, klein zwembadje met (erg) warm water op het dakterras. Voorkomende staf. Op enige afstand van het ‘echte’ centrum, daardoor een uitstekende uitvalsbasis voor de hippe wijkjes nabij. Veel authentieke en goedkope eettentjes direct in de nabijheid van het hotel.

Excellent hotel - very convenient location close to many major attractions

Very pleasant hotel. Slightly outside the city centre, but it’s only a few minutes’ walk from the station, the river and Santa Maria Novella. The surrounding streets are mostly quiet residential with hardly any traffic. Breakfast is served on the 5th floor which has amazing views over the city.
